Re: Football parking 2019

I want to be clear, I am fully in favor of all of these improvements. Not sure if the original post came off as complaining, but that wasn't the intent. I just asked for information purposes, because a friend of mine currently parks in Justice and she told me they will be getting moved (this is who...

Re: Football parking 2019

Parking next year depends on lots of factors that are only somewhat controllable. Will the new deck be finished? Will we have enough of the 105 project completed to be able to use current tennis courts for more parking spaces? Will the space behind Eggers dorm be fully available for parking? Will Ju...

Pledges to Yosef

I am on the YOSEF club site, but I don't see how to make pledges. Can you even do that online or do you have to call the YOSEF Club? I have been a member since the 80s, but only did the pledges a few years back when it was being pushed. BTW, this thread must be getting positive results as I just no...

Good move! Our young alumni are the key to building a solid Yosef base for the future.

Every single donation, regardless of amount, is important. Monthly automatic donations are also possible and make giving easy.

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.

I was able to come up today and picked up my tickets. There were several folks in front of me. The wait and ticket pickup took less than five minutes. The ticket office is doing everything they can and have the tickets organized well. Tomorrow remember to pick up at Holmes if you're getting tickets ...

Re: Pick up your tickets in advance.

I'm sure this will sound like a stupid question to some of you and I apologize for that but this is my first game not having a printable ticket. Where do I go to get my ticket on game day? I do not have a PP. If you don't have a parking pass, you may pick up your tickets at the ticket plaza at The ...

Re: Available Tickets as of 11/27/2018 for SBC Game

The issue isn't the tickets. It's the parking passes. They didn't have a way to generate online parking passes. I'm headed up the mountain tomorrow afternoon to pick up my tickets and parking pass and catch the Watauga football game. They have extended the hours for picking up tickets with parking p...

Re: Available Tickets as of 11/27/2018 for SBC Game

This might be ugly, tons of tickets. Anybody know if the seats at the top on the west side sec 203, 204 and 205 are protected by the club seat over hang, looking at that in case of rain. Rows HHH and up are fairly well protected by the overhang. At this point anyone could purchase gold seats. I sit...

Re: Pass the Hat to Keep the Visor!

Another area to help raise funds in the long run, is wills. Not sure if the Yosef club goes this route, but if thirty years ago App had an aggressive campaign to be left, say 5% of an estate, by now money would be coming in. Most orginizations do not ask for this money. Yes! Yosef accepts bequests ...

Re: Pass the Hat to Keep the Visor!

I haven’t seen anything. I think the best way to entice people to join is to offer premium GAME TIME perks for membership, not just stickers an the stuff they mail to you. I don’t think those “perks” are effective. For instance, give Yosef Club members exclusive access to a game time beer garden an...

Re: Pass the Hat to Keep the Visor!

At each home game, there should be Yosef “ambassadors” roaming the tailgate lots with iPads and asking people to sign up. This has been a topic of conversation with Yosef for several years. There are two variables in getting new members - dollars and demographics. Without the demographics, the doll...

Re: Pass the Hat to Keep the Visor!

The Century Level should be a goal for most. $25 a quarter, that is a case of beer (or 2) each quarter. The continued bond I have with App State this long after graduating is special knowing that I contribute each year to fund this football team that has brought so many memories and good times to m...
