Drinkwitz’s buyout is appropriate, in my opinion. If I’m reading the contract correctly, the athletic department will actually make more money on the buyout than we will have spent on Drinkwitz’s salary.

Just saw the announcement. Very well deserved honor and I'm happy for his success. Once a Mountaineer, always a Mountaineer (unless you damage the brand, then you might as well be a catamount). That makes 4 of us. I am am only 2 doors down from Coach Cronic and almost border the LR multi-purpose practice field. Last year he was late getting his leafs to the curb, which is completelty understandable. This year I plan to help him out, if need be.
