Re: Curt Cignetti teams....
Don't you guys think Shane Beamer ends up back at VT? - There is just too many great programs in the SEC to overtake - Much better opportunities to make the Playoffs in the ACC.

Last week I believe their QB set a D1 record last week completing 42 straight passes - that's impressive, I've seen guys warming up on the sideline or pregame dropping balls.

One of the college football reporters say this morning on "Get Up" that the word was during the Bye Week he took a weeks vacation - He said he'd heard of a HC taking an afternoon off during the Bye Week to play golf but had never ever of a HC taking the week off -

I had several off-line conversations with him as we both were on the Board for many years and being the same age we had experienced and lived thru some huge changing times for our world - he was an OK Guy - I was very sorry to read the news

I think that one of the malcontents about uniforms demanded it of the fans on Twitter. You write that with such smugness. And I know you're going to respond denying it and talking down about them. Just know I won't respond further to feed your ego, because that's what you want. Thank goodness we go...

Our culture: Self-reliance and resourcefulness Appreciation for each other and the area Supporting each other/team over self Grounded in traditional family and often religious values Pretty much the opposite of the direction of CFB today. I'll speak as a non-App grad but a fan since our daughter was accepted in 1998. We never missed a game until OldMan Time kicked us in the ass. This was the first pre-season since 1998 that I had no excitement about the upcoming football season. Personally I do not blame NIL or the portal because I s...

Re: Prayers for Coach Clark
I did not know Coach Clark and have never even said hello to him. I admired him from afar. Knowing he was a West BY GOD Virginian gave me a different kind of connection. I have continued to read all the wonderful comments about him from those who knew him well. I have been around enough decades to c...

Re: QB depth chart for Boise
Any updates on Swann or Kohl? I haven't seen anything. Does anyone know if they've been practicing? You have better chance of gaining access to the nations nuclear codes than you will getting injury status from the mountain. I don't know about that - one could tell the holder of the codes how brill...

I can not remember back to back games where an APP team has looked so (---------------------) Choose your word. Honest to God I had never heard of Lindenwood until I saw them on the schedule and So.Miss hasn't won a FBS game in TWO years.

The one thing in my mind regarding Coach Clark that I will always consider #1 is beating Texas A&M and having GameDay come to Boone --- something I NEVER thought I would see -
