Re: 2025 Baseball Mega Thread
There's not a lot a baseball coach can do during the course of the game - unlike football/basketball - but I have always thought/experienced the absolute hardest choice is to WHEN or NOT to pull a pitcher. Sometimes it just crazy!!!

Re: 2025 Baseball Mega Thread
I’ve been around a good bit of baseball. Seems like after high school much of the small ball aspect goes away. Hitting a ball is hard enough but bunting one that breaks has to be really tough. You have to wonder if the success rate would go up with a wood bat instead of composite. There is a proven...

I heard him, Saban, interviewed several times. He never said the exact words but he did make comments such as, "I was tired of parents and reps asking me how much $$ were they getting the next season "

Re: UVA's Tony Bennett retiring due to changing landscape
Great coach as he built his team from the ground up with his defensive and offensive philosophies. Just can't do that starting over each year.
Really sorry he has retired but we have lost some real top rung coaches over the last couple of years

Yes you have listed good info but if you look back you will not see anywhere I've said the team was improved this season. My point still remains I don't see where any of this is fireable right now

Re: The cancer on this program is
Thank god the gatekeeper is back to tell us how we should feel about our team as fans. I was struggling. That’s it…Clark should definitely stay because WV thinks he’s a nice guy with a family, and the consistent, downward trend of the football program should be ignored because we beat an over-rated...
