Re: East Tower

I don’t know the answer to your first question, but for the second, our folks aren’t in any hurry to complete the bottom portion of the North End Zone. They believe among other things that temporary bleachers in that area give them flexibility to host large events. Personally, I believe that’s a mi...

Re: Oreg St at 3:30pm - Discussion

I thought charging $110 was a mistake by our admin, but there are only 183 seats available on the website. It'll be interesting to see how many show up.

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

I think we'll have a chance to play BSU close if we hang onto the ball. Their defense has struggled so the opportunity to put points on the board is there. OSU isn't very good at all. I'd be disappointed in a loss at home to them. I think we'd have all been happy with a 3-2 start if a poll was taken...

I'm not sure if they'll retiree his number, but I believe he should receive a waiver and get added to next year's HOF class.

Hard to believe and shocking after getting the positive update from Frost last week. Praying for his family and friends.

La Tech 30 S Miss 10 at half.
Not surprised. USM didn't look very good last week. We handed it to them.

Re: Vol Football (Aguilar watch)

Each game Joey plays just reinforces my belief that Ponce screwed Joey up last year. Dude threw for 3,700 yards and 33 TD's his Junior year, but all Ponce wanted to focus on was how he didn't play well enough.

Stop shooting ourselves in the foot and we'll be fine. This week would be a great time to start. We've had some good moments when we've played clean.

Re: Looking Ahead- Lindenwood

I know it's early but I'm starting to worry about Coach. The players seem more interested in seeking the limelight then they are in playing good fundamental football. Way too many personal foul's, not protecting the ball, and trying to thread the football where it doesn't belong. They're playing fo...

Re: Game day Operations

I think they ran the sound system too loud early on and ruined it. Not sure why it hasn't been fixed but it's getting worse by the year.

The uniform reveal videos are leaving more than a little to be desired this year.
There are only so many ways to reveal a uniform.

As bad as UNC looked last night, no way will UNCC beat them. TCU is good, UNC is not and UNC Concord is worse.
They should win, but I doubt they look very good doing it with just 4 days to prepare.

I saw a tweet that said the score in the 3rd quarter is starting to look like the age gap
Brett McMurphy posted that the backup QB, Johnson was the same age as Bill's girlfriend.

All great points! Here are a few others that I noticed: Good: Creative/imaginative play calling Capable RB receiving out of the backfield Two TEs who are solid blockers & capable possession receivers (Sorta) Bad? App’s blitz packages weren’t effective in creating pressure than the standard front-fo...

Ponce killed Joey mentally last year. He tried to change him instead of letting him play his way.

How awesome would a UNCC win be? The Holes wont have much time to recover from this beating.

I don’t like his easy hire with Clark which
maybe set us back 5 years. Let’s see how this season plays out.
That's a stretch. We still had some huge wins under Clark, including several ranked teams. His teams just weren't consistent enough.

Re: Other games Week 1

ODU and So. Miss played P4 schools. We played a Patsy. Indiana was an above average P4 school last year. Although I am excited that we look much better on D than last year, I am going to temper my expectations until after Boise St. and/or Oregon St JMU looks good and will be good. I am happy after ...
