Re: McCall done

Very true with the shoe being on the other foot, I'll admit it, he is a warrior. Strange how some brag about APP high academic standards, but what are we known for contributing to the work force? Wish we'd make some exceptions for football since it generates the most income for the school and High ...

For those in the lake norman area, hoptown brewing is hosting an event 5-7. Always had big turnouts for game viewing parties this year.

We had a great time at Hoptown Brewery in Mooresville as well. Don't know how many were there but there wasn't a seat available. Thanks to the LKN chapter for hosting.

Re: Everts no confidence is approved

Not surprising. It does send a message to the Trustees. I don't really care to be looking for a new chancellor right now, as I don't trust the UNC System but I do trust the professors that this was needed. Genuine question as I don't follow the day to day happenings on that side of our university a...

Take a listen to Darin and Brooke Aldridge. She is from Avery County and he is from Cherryville, N C. Both App alums that can bring some great music!
Knew of them but did not realize they went to App. A lot of talented people come through the music program.

I just closed my eyes and listened for 15 minutes. Brought back some great memories of drives down the mountain after another Mountaineer win. Just like yesterday.

Re: University Drive - Homecoming Parking

Heard from a friend university police told them the same thing today. Happened last year as well. I was there for that one I've been in the same spot for 4 years anf can't recall this happening before... But I'm usually well "under the influence of tailgating" by noon on game days. As I said,...

Re: Fritz to Tulane

While I think GS will likely hire a better coach, and be even tougher, I'm glad Fritz will no longer be on the recruiting trail going directly against us. This is our plan as well. Hitting up Esso after the game is going to be great. Never been there with the opposing team colors on before.
