There seem to be enough posts on here about the negative aspects of yesterday's game.
Let's see how many posts we can get emphasizing the positive aspects of the event.
Here's a start: we finally got the Demon Deacons to come to Appalachian.

Re: Please don't......

" I love Scott and support him 150%, but until the team he is coaching can win some of these tougher games, I don't know if he is going to get a call up to a bigger P5 school. We play one or two P5 games a year, yet we don't win any of them. Since joining the Belt, we have lost in all P5 games (Mic...

Re: Chat??!

Between Rubino and Dante Jones jumping offsides it cost us 14 points. Defend rubino at your pleasure that's now two huge wins he left out there. Can't get it done in big games. Not being sarcastic, but don't you think getting it done in two Bowl games counts for something? The last two years, it se...

The blocked kicks were no fault of the kicker.

Re: Taylor Lamb

I'd like to note that I'm usually pretty hard on Taylor and I thought he was lights out today. Arguably as good as I've ever seen him. He really stepped up and his passing was special. There isn't an ounce of this loss on him. I agree, ah. His senior leadership showed through as well as his ability...

Well chatty Patty and as usual ESPN3 SUX!
It is really bad on my desk top, but on my iPhone, it is great, even with the small screen. Great announcers.

They look like crap from the stands. Dull black and no logo as far as anyone more than 20 feet away can tell.
Same on ESPN3.

Re: The sad delusions of the FBS bottom dwellers - Weak Forest

Well I hope we are ready. I expected the GA game. Game two was embarrassing to even be on the same field. I truly think that kind of game does more harm that good. So after two there was really no way for me to gauge where we are. Then I watched a different game than some others. I think we were VE...

Re: ESPN3

The thing none of us can control is the sheer number of streams ESPN has going at any one time. I noticed when watching a couple CFL games in July and early August before the volume picked up that the quality was insanely good. I wonder if they use Amazon services like Netflix does to help with spi...

The buffering problem seems to go away if you drink more beer
It would take more than a dozen shots of Crown Royal to make the buffering go away as bad as it was Saturday.

Re: The sad delusions of the FBS bottom dwellers - Weak Forest

We played better against Georgia than ND did. We lost by 21 and it might have been double that if they hadn't pulled their starters. ND lost by 1 after leading for much of the game. Defensively, we did pretty well considering we prepared for one QB and yet the back up played pretty much the rest of...
