Nope. Don't you get tired of saying that? It sure doesn't bother me after the first thousand times you guys have posted it,Saint3333 wrote:Do we need a poll to see if this person (that has never changed their name) should post here or not?

Re: Georgia State Tidbit
This new guy jumps to conclusions very fast, annoying. Interesting how some of his posts remind me of someone who hasn't posted for a while. Very interesting... ;) Newsflash. Nothing nefarious. All you have to do is look in the lower left hand corner of the screen and you'll see as plain as day...t...

Re: Georgia State Tidbit
It makes a huge difference when you're talking about the college experience. Thousands of grads have loved their college days without the type of college experience that so many on this and other boards like to characterize. Personally, I and many others had a great time at ASTC and later ASU witho...

This new guy jumps to conclusions very fast, annoying. Not a new guy. FWIW, I wasn't directing my comment directly to you. Instead just referring to the overall tenor of some people on this board who have voiced the opinion that one of the major reasons Cobb was so successful in the beginning was h...

Re: ETSU Football
I like ETSU as a future sunbelt member. Close past rival with a good bball program to boot. What makes them a prospect for the Belt? Has their administration expressed interest in them becoming a part of the SunBelt in the future? Just curious. Large state school, good bball program, decent academi...

18, the SBC sponsors all of our sports except field hockey and wrestling as they will add men's soccer next year. Their all sports trophy combines both men's and women's. We are the only program to sponsor all of them, many sponsor 16 or 17. Is any other SB school fielding programs outside the conf...

BTW, I was talking about the college experience balanced with outside interests and endeavors. FWIW, I admire those who are able to balance a college experience with family life and community involvement.Saint3333 wrote:It makes a huge difference when you're talking about the college experience.

Re: Armanti in Saints camp
Is the Saints football administration still offering bounties on how many opponents' players are put out of action due to injuries? There was a discussion of that on this board sometime ago.

Re: Georgia State Tidbit
They should add another statistic, living on campus, living off campus, and living with your parents. The difference in App and the other two would be much greater. What difference does it make if a student is living withy their parents or not? For many that is a cost savings that may have allowed ...

Re: Georgia State Tidbit
Overall GSU has 83% living off campus while App is at 63% and UNCC is at 75%. Of course, as 17% from a hundred is 83%. Yet UNC-C doesn't call itself a commuter school, although many on this message board are locked into referring to it quite stereotypically. That was my point as simply that of self...

Re: Judge Rules in Favor of Teachers
This appears key: "The judge’s decision applies statewide to teachers who already have tenure, but not to those who haven’t yet earned it." Too, the state is in the process of "bribing" tenured teachers into taking a one time "bonus" to exchange their tenure status into a short contract. Relatively ...

Officially, as it stands now, how many sports will we field in SunBelt competition? Of course, meant by that, not counting ones we will field outside the SunBelt while still competing in the NCAA Division I.

Georgia State Tidbit
This is an excerpt from the Georgia State University website:
GSU is a commuter school with 61% of first-year students living off-campus and 17% of all undergraduates living on campus
I had never noticed a university labeling itself as a commuter school.

If there is a silver lining to this event it would be that she, thankfully, was not an App student.

66, your post was very nostalgic and quite informative. One thing to note is that Clogston was full time only a relatively short period of time during his stay with us.
