Re: North End Zone Construction

What's wrong with this site? The web site or the NEZP site? The website. I couldn't get in Monday nor Tuesday...kept getting a 404 screen. Now I can only get to the Football thread..no others. I'm still having problems getting to the Yosefs Cabin homepage. Something called Inmotion keeps popping up...

Re: North End Zone Construction

I just think it is absurd and evidence of poor planning to tear up the track without one already being built. If that is progress, someone needs his/her head examined. It used to be one of our more successful programs. This.....can't believe it. $$$$$$ New track on 105 should have come before teari...

The Barbeque?

Woodlands and Lexington are just as good or better.

In the crowd leaving a game these types of crime are much less likely to happen I would think.
One of their posters on here talked as if it was being used for daily commutes.

I've used the light rail quite a bit and never had a bit of a problem. I'm sure things happen, but if you use good sense you'll be fine.

I guess the elderly man who got beat up was not using good sense. :(

Re: North End Zone Construction

Anybody know where the track team is competing next season? Not a single outdoor track meet in Boone this past season. I would expect a similar schedule this coming year. As of right now, the team will not have a full practice or competition until 2021 at the earliest. The original plan was to work...

Re: CFL begins this weekend

Not really relevant to this thread but to the AE reference. I was travelling with my family on vacation last week and my wife is a "casual" App fan, she attended another school but goes to most games with me. We were bored while standing in a very long line and I brought up my building excitement a...

This might be a good year to patronize the church on King Street instead of trying to tailgate. Is it the First Baptist? No, it was the small pretty church on the right going up the hill. Not far from the old HT (big organic food supermarket). I believe it is rock construction. Been there forever.

We travel to both Troy and UL. That's hardly easy. Four of our 5 toughest games are on the road. Frankly, it will be difficult to match last year's record. We certainly have the talent to do so but it won't be easy.

Plus we have a stretch of 3 out of 4 games on the road.

Re: UConn leaving the AAC

While there is some truth to the committable offers, most of our commits the last 2-3 years have come early in the recruiting cycle. We have also landed a lot of instate talent and quite a few with ACC offers. As far as hoops, look for this to be the year ECU turns the corner. Joe Dooley turned ove...

One of the churches on King Street gives away free hot dogs and canned soft drinks on game days. No limit and nice people to boot.
