We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: App Transfer Portal 2025 - IN
I would expect Joey to return. Honestly… hope not Honestly, I agree. Great arm, but too many bad decisions for my liking. Way too many instances of just chucking the ball up for grabs when he’s in trouble. I feel like he regressed this past season. Maybe part of the regression is on the coaching, b...

Re: I feel..... ?
I feel embarrassed for how far a great program has fallen. The 5 wins were great but every one of the 6 losses were stunning at the level of ineptitude and ignorance. It was painfully obvious how out coached we are on many occasions and some of the stupid crap. A lot of our competition I'm sure has...

Re: Official Stink prediction thread
Helluva win against JMU. But this season has not instilled much confidence for me. I can see this being a let down game just as easily as I can see a continuation.

Re: Stink For A Bowl
Let’s pretend that we would have beaten Liberty. We’d be 6-5, a chance to go 7-5 and in bowl game at 8-5. Not great, but stomachable. However, we still got embarrassed by S Alabama among others. Do we think next season will be different? Meaning are we ok with regularly being a 6-8 win team? We wan...

Re: Armanti Edwards Hall Of Fame Recognition Stunk
Admittedly didn’t see the AE recognition. But agree wholeheartedly with the fact that it should have been center stage. AE put us on the map and is in large part responsible for the propulsion of App State football. It took them waaaay to long to retire his jersey (and it’s still being worn on the f...

Didn’t he hire Drink too? Was that a bad hire? Drink was his 5th choice my guy. Drink fell in his lap -- don't act like he found Drink and 100 different coaches coulda won with that 2019 team. Clark is not one of those 100. Have to agree here. I love that he loves App and he would likely stick arou...

Re: King Street Flooded
The videos and pics are unbelievable. I’m not from western NC but I spent my college days at this great university, grew up camping in western NC, even named one of my sons Boone and still make frequent trips up because it’s my happy place… My thoughts and prayers are with all those who are directly...

Re: App...athy. = sadness
Not in this case. It happened last year. I wonder, what level of success Shawn Clark would need to achieve for everyone that post on here to be satisfied with Shawn Clark as the head football coach? Really simple, the same stated goal of the man himself. An SBC title in what we were told would be t...

Wish they would have focused a little less on the Michigan game. True, it was a huge deal, but AE was much more than the Michigan win. 10,000+ yards passing and 4,000+ yards rushing, back to back Walter Payton awards, 2 national titles, etc. Man he was awesome and so fun to watch! So glad they are r...

Re: Can we fix this
It pains me to say it, but we have become what the rest of the country thinks we are, a flash in the pan. There was a time when we absolutely did not get the respect we deserved. But we’re not there any more. We have found our way into mediocrity and it sucks. I’m still going to proudly wear my App ...

Re: HOW?
We seem to play to our competition. We are in every game until a bad mistake cost us and we lose a close one, or we don't make the mistake and win a close one. I expect the rest of the season to be a string of one score games, how many of them we win remains to be seen. We simply can't turn the bal...

28 plays of 20+ yards for coastal. What happened to the defense??
Also we have a track record of shitting the bed in these primetime games.
This is hard to watch.

We didn’t deserve to win tonight but glad we did. We deserved to win the last two though. Despite some conservative play calling last game, I’ve been overall impressed from what I’ve seen from this team so far. Tonight was a bad game. It’s ok though, teams are allowed to have a bad game. But I agree...

Re: Most legendary players that played at KBS?
Disclaimer: never saw DC play. But my vote goes to AE. The dude was a magician. I still contend that he did not get a fair shot in the NFL. He did not fit the traditional mold of a NFL QB at the time, but that mold is different now. 10k yds passing and 4K yds rushing in his career… watching him was ...
