The greatest QB, the toughest QB and the best player I have ever seen in person is Armanti Edwards, but I would not argue about the ranking any of those listed here. They are all deserving, and it's quite subjective. I do agree that Cadet was the best athlete.

Equipment budget is not the first thing I think of when cutting spending in a university athletic department. I would think it would be the last place to see cuts.
