Re: Best QB passer in App State football history?
The greatest QB, the toughest QB and the best player I have ever seen in person is Armanti Edwards, but I would not argue about the ranking any of those listed here. They are all deserving, and it's quite subjective. I do agree that Cadet was the best athlete.

I would also look on FB marketplace, a couple of weeks ago there was a guy selling season tickets and parking pass.

Re: Two more?
Seems like the NFL and MLB kind of figured out that some of their divisions were geographically stupid. The Reds used to play in the NL West with LA and SF. The NFL made their divisions better as well. College athletic conferences are so stupid especially at our level. It might also be my age talki...

Re: Two more?
You should be. There is a lot of dissatisfaction, discussion and planning going on within and between some of the Sunbelt schools. Not surprising. There’s a very large resource gap between the east and west schools. No offense to La tech, but their addition when we had La Monroe showed the ambition...

Re: Peacock Lot
Majority of the lot is still active. The spots closest to the building are no longer existent. Hopefully it won’t be a huge disruption. Also wanted to specify, this is based on my untrained construction eye of the lot. Not based on any fact. The spots that were closest to Peacock are out, as are al...

Re: RIP Legends
With the building gone you can see where the sink hole was, it looks like there is some old concrete infrastructure thing there. Maybe was a culvert or something.

Re: Indoor facility. Sofield is down.
With the softball field moving, this looks to be a massive facility. Does anyone have access to blueprints as to what all will go in this? https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1BE5hwph2Z/ I know a 100 yard field and a physical therapy clinic are part of the plan, but not sure what else may be implement...

Re: Dowell Loggains SI Article
I’ve asked many times about what I would perceive as locker room envy. Some have agreed it must exist and some dismiss the notion. You see those pro guys who sometimes make the public statements about their teammates “getting the bag”. Human nature and competitiveness exists. There is no way in hel...

Re: RIP Legends
Boone doesn't need another hotel at this point, and I hope they use that spot for something more suited to benefit students/faculty/staff.

I think it will look just fine, but there are other buildings in dire need of updates. Not sure why Peacock was a priority.

Equipment budget is not the first thing I think of when cutting spending in a university athletic department. I would think it would be the last place to see cuts.

I'm so done with this dumpster fire. I hope the PE vultures completely destroy what is left of this mess so that maybe it can be rebuilt from the ground up.
