Re: Entire stadium housing area redevelopment

I don't mind the look and placement but why are we only adding 400 new beds. Housing has always been an issue and the university is growing as they want it to. Why not add an extra 1000-2000 beds. I think this could be done by just adding 2 more levels to each building. Not sure there are any more ...

Geez can we ever give the track discussion a rest?
No
The decision has been made to relocate the track. It will be taken care of soon enough.
What will everybody complain about now? The track has been at the top of the heap forever.

Re: EZU and Wake schedule football series.

Does Duke have any ties to a religious organization now? WFU severed all ties some years ago. Meredith College has done the same. Pretty sure Davidson had done so as well. All still have chapels on campus and religious studies degrees but not ones tied to a specific church that controls or funds th...

Re: North End Zone Project Gets Green Light

If the seat covers are covering up something that can be fixed then fix it. Those covers look 2nd rate. DG is doing great. I liked the game day survey. Seat covers? Sorry. I was referring to the covers (signs) on the stadium walls at field level. I watched a vid of our new coach from Wofford and wa...

All are limited in our abilities. The team works together to achieve common goals. While some are better than others none are 100%. And while my name's Johnny and im the best there's ever been .....so far. Even the ones we strive to emulate or be like have limitations. Would it be nice to have a QB ...

Georgia Tech just lost its DC Ted Roof to NC State, a move celebrated by GT fans.

Now Football Scoop, who is pretty spot on, is saying PJ3 is looking at Nate Woody.

Damnit.
Ted Roof. Wasn't he head coach at Duke?

Guess I'm an old fuddy duddy now but no on the whistle. Great showing by the Mountaineers. Although "Toldeo" might want to win one last time for the big guy and some revenge, the Mountaineers were a machine Saturday . Hope it keeps churning. Watched replay last night, the Fitch score is what its abo...

Re: Post Game Georgia St Thoughts?

Slow start to the point of frustration for me. Even 11 had to get wound up. I don't think we were trying to manage the clock at end of half. I'm not sure what that is but it's a strategy I don't get. Great to see Moore at full steam. Very happy to see Stringer back. Very good 2nd half. Congratulatio...

Re: Louisiana game could move to 7:30 p.m., final decision Saturday night

I totally understand why some may not be able to make it and don't wont to sound offensive here. but I think: 1)Lack of size of the fan base, 2) Willingness/ability of our fan base to adjust to these type of games, can hinder this programs ability to grow. I feel start time adjustments like this co...

Re: North End Zone Project Gets Green Light

I love KBS, but have never been a fan of the signage that was added to the walls a few years back. Looks cheap. I think we need to do away with that and add something a little cleaner made of stone or brick. Stone or brick accents to the handicap access towers on both sides of the east stands too. ...
