Re: High Point in Hickory

25/7/7 from Dodd - all from threes and free throws. 19/10 from Wilson. Didn’t expect to ever see those numbers from them honestly. Dodd is a dog. Wilson is really becoming a beast around the basket. Maybe not a coincidence that they were both very good football players in high school. Good win again...

I’m guessing Brim played because Clarke was out (not sure why). If I’m Kerns, I’d find a way to get Brim more minutes. Seems to be an underutilized arrow in our quiver.
Clarke had a collision near the end of the UNCA game...might be concussion protocol.

Re: FB vs the fake ASU Saturday at 2:30

Not really sure I know how to articulate this, but the sort of emotionless, faux nfl game management is not doing it for me. I’ll support DL trying to develop something for a year or two, but I would love to have a college football coach with passion and hit them in the mouth mentality. We had quite...

care to elaborate, or are there circumstances that can't be shared?
I know about the Vasser injury, but have heard nothing about Neal.

Kerwin Bell at WCU would be a good one too, and have him bring his QB. Anyone who can win at WCU is a good coach, and he as a track record of winning everywhere he has been.
Glad they’re not on our schedule this year.

still haven't heard what happened with Ted Neal. He wasn't on the bench with the team. He appeared to have eventual high level Sun Belt potential as a long, athletic small forward/wing.

Looks like Vasser didn’t travel. Is he sick or injured? He would at least help our free throw percentage.

Re: New year , new team.

I’ve noticed that the freshman, Neal, hasn’t been in any photos or social media posts lately. Hope everything is ok with him. He looks to have tons of potential. Around a month ago, I heard that Neal is the real deal. Looking forward to see a healthy Njock. Neal's photo is not on the new roster. Ho...

Avery Hall gave his all for Appalachian State. Now I wish he’d give a little less. Silence would be better.
Yep. He’s mentioned Poindexter at least three times as an OL today and he’s not even dressed out. Saw him without pads on the sideline.

D did look much improved and with the FCS transfers up front I didn’t have high hopes. Now I hope it isn’t just a reflection of how bad UNCC’s offense is. And we shouldn’t really find out much next week from our opponent. D did look much improved and with the FCS transfers up front I didn’t have hi...

Njock had 17 points against New Zealand. It appears that he is ready to go as promised.
He looks strong/patient around the basket. Not as tall as Wilson and Marcus, but strong. His footwork reminds me some of Griffin Kinney.

Re: Apparent (as of 2day) foundation for 25-26 MBB

Looks like we are done. Hopefully everyone shows up in the fall. We missed a few transfers that we were simply outbid on. D1 starters who like our program but chased the dollar. No judgement. Interestingly, I’m told that Kerns raised the money to pay the guys in 24/25 . The athletic department has ...

Vasser led the nation (94.3%) at the charity stripe in the juco ranks this year and was 93-101 for his career. He will be a welcome addition.

Just watched Tot’s highlight real on IG. Reminds me of Tate. Even last name is similar.
Jennings also appears to have some of Tate’s game.
