I like we are mixing in some productive FCS guys. They have a chip on their shoulder and have worked out well in past.

How soon can we start expecting hear staff come onboard? Tomorrow?

A couple things I'm going to infer...

-He's going to put together a very experienced, Professional staff ala Drink. Probably journeymen with NFL backgrounds. This is good.

-I think a big goal of his will be getting guys into the NFL and selling this.

A big selling point of his will be getting more guys into the NFL. You can not under estimate this.

Very nervous - but this is his first HC introductory press conference. To be expected.
