Re: Satterfield

I hope they’ll look to Litrell before Satterfield. He has a UNC connection, has quickly resurrected one of the worst programs in CFB, and he can actually win P5 games.

Re: A&T 28 ECU 23

How about ECU turning it around and destroying UNC!!!!!!!!! Football is crazy! Bad for us though. I worry they will fire Fedora and throw the war chest at Satterfield. While Carolina is trash at the moment, they have exceptional facilities and could be great with the right staff. And if I recall, S...

Unfortunately I don't think this is going to be the blowout most of you do. This is their Super Bowl.

Re: UNCC Week

So are their fans really wearing black? If so that is hilarious. Honestly, probably not an awful idea on their part. They know the stadium is going to be filled with black and gold anyways. They might be thinking that if they ask their fans to wear black, pictures of the stadium won't look quite as...

Re: Best place to watch PSU in Boone

Ale House will have an awesome atmosphere for sure, but this is definitely a place that will probably have more college students so it'll get pretty rowdy. But you just can't beat those drink specials, man.

Re: MSOC Friendly: Apps @ Radford Wed 6 PM Cupp Stadium

Damn that stadium is absolutely sick. Obviously it's difficult with soccer being during the same season as football, but I do kinda wish we'd invest more in our soccer program one day. I think App is the exact type of school soccer could thrive at when you consider the culture at App.

Re: Am I deluded?

The best thing we ever did was beat Michigan. The worst thing we ever did was beat Michigan. PSU will hear all about it again and they aren’t as arrogant as UT. They’ve got a premier coach I respect and a helluva team. With a new QB and new DC I just am not optimistic at all. I say it every year we...

Re: Am I deluded?

Our defense is P 5 level. If our offense can move the ball, things might get interesting like the UT game. Yep, this this this. I guess it is interesting since we are an unknown at QB this year. Obviously Thomas is the guy, but there's such little film on him. Who knows what his game is truly like....

Re: Okay, now I’m jealous...or envious

Yeah I wonder if a spring game is something DG has ever thought about. We know App football is a big time social experience, a lot of people love coming to games just for the excuse to spend a saturday in Boone. Obviously Boone spring's can be impossible to predict, you could very well have a "sprin...

The Yosef Club area needs to go. Too close to the court during a game to socialize. They definitely deserve perks and I thank them for their support but that area is out of place during a game.
Yup. I’ve never heard of another school doing this. It just looks awkward.

Re: The Quarterbacks

Yo I already feel for Zac Thomas That dude is most likely going to have a superb season in 2018 for us, but every time he makes the smallest mistake people are gonna be clamoring for Brown because he's "big." So basically I expect him to get the Taylor Lamb treatment lol. Where he'll play great and ...

Welp, I expect Jimbo will have them in CFP contention by the time this season rolls around.

In all seriousness, I am excited about this one. AS others have said, bucketlist stadium. And the last few years at least I think we could've given them a decent game

Re: App vs UALR

Back up to 4-5 in conference and a must win Saturday. I really think Saturday is huge for the near future of this team. Win Saturday and you're back to 5-5 with some momentum going into February. Win Saturday and we have a realistic chance to finish .500 in the conference. A 9-9 conference mark and ...

Re: MBB: GaSou @ App State 3:30 PM HCC

I was less than impressed with Fox's coaching today. I felt like GaSouthern was going through the motions and they pulled it out. Shabazz was taken out with 8 left and the Eagles went on a run. Final play was Shabazz taking a three, despite only being down one. And there was a timeout left on the b...
