We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

Re: 12 team playoff
Winning the conference championship should get a nice bump in the rankings as it should count more. Giving Boise State & the (other) ASU a bye is crazy but love it. I am not sure how they don’t expand the playoff to 16 teams with SEC teams being left out from a competitive conference. I hope they do...

Re: Dowell Loggains
Not my favorite pick by far but really dependent on who the DC/OC are. I wonder what Short thinks of him.

I will be at the game but just noticed the Disney contract is being negotiated. That is not going to fly with a lot of people. Hulu may be picking up a lot of new customers soon.

I think it will be important to start the game hitting quick passes to get the running game going.

Re: How many games can teams lose?
If we go undefeated, really good chance of hosting a playoff game. Hopeful but so hard to do.

Re: How many games can teams lose?
Obviously we’re going to be undefeated but hypothetically I think we could lose to Clemson and one conference game and as long as we win conference championship game, we’d probably be a ranked conference champion and would have a good shot to make playoffs depending on what AAC and MWC do. In that ...

Re: How many games can teams lose?
I think the most likely scenario for G5, especially if app beats Liberty, is a 2 loss champion gets in. Why? When we’re gonna be undefeated. I hope so! I will be at Clemson rooting them on. Going undefeated in conference is such a tall task, though this year sets up better than any in quite a while...

Boise State has an advantage starting at #28. Their schedule will be tough though. Decent chance Liberty will be ranked when we play them which will be great.

From what I could tell Rory’s lines were good on the two misses, but hit them too hard. The short ones have been haunting him for a while.

Re: App State vs Boise State, 25 and 27
Many of us have compared our programs with the similarities. Pretty cool couple of games. I’ll take Boise over Bob Morris all day. Boise State was the darling of college football after they beat Oklahoma 1 January 2007 43-42. Then Appalachian became the darling of college football after they beat M...

Re: NC State series in danger?
Slim pickings for 2025: Needs a 2025 home game: Kent St. WKU FIU FAU Temple Needs one home and one away: Bowling Green Liberty All have either the second or fourth week open which align with us. My guess is we go on the road whatever game is picked up in 2025 as we have UNCC in BOA stadium, and Tol...

Re: Athletic department money
Putting Washington State & Oregon state in the G5 category is interesting. Not sure it is apples to apples, I would think there future numbers are on the decline barring a miracle.
