Re: East Tower
The tower on the west side isn’t actually connected to the stands. I could be misinformed but I believe that was intentional to keep from having to tear down the west side completely. That sounds right. Me personally, I want to guarantee free admission to as many students as possible. I think it's ...

Re: Kohl starting?
The phrase "the more you tighten your grip, the more slips through your fingers" comes to mind when pondering how so little info has been coming out of the program this year.
This guy is a bellend of the highest order but he might know somebody.

Re: Game day Operations
Vegas is in the finding out stage. It used to be that you'd lose your money at the casino and the food, drink and lodge would be cheap. Now, the food and drink in Vegas are stupidly expensive. For the last several years, everything in Vegas turned corporate and prices went up. The big drop in visito...

Re: Game day Operations
There's a combination of the lack of information shared about the team and a lack of fan service as far as the uniforms combos, botched retro logo usage and the lack of care given to gameday operations that will boomerang back on this program eventually. $60 to park in a county parking deck with no ...

Re: East Tower
I HAVE to, we went from "fully funded" three years ago to $8 million in soft commitments? Just to clarify for those who don't get the joke. There was an "insider" posting here up til a couple years ago that claimed the East Tower was fully funded, which was rightly ridiculed to the point of it bein...

Re: Oreg St at 3:30pm - Discussion
Boise was big, fast and amazingly well coached. Their schemes were masterful and their OL gave an, in my opinion, mediocre QB time to make those plays.
The way Dowell sounded at Mountaineer Talk, Oregon State is also big, but they're slower.

Gillin has said over the last year they have $8 million in "soft commits" for East Tower suites.
Those repurposed shipping containers on top of the East second deck are an eye sore.

Re: Game day Operations
This tower and subsequent connections will cost nine figures, in my opinion. First step is to ask the General Assembly for the money. Ask for it all, then be grateful if you get some. Then work on sponsorships and tenants for the mixed-use space. Obviously, donations and pre-payments for suites will...

Did anyone see Doug Gillin this weekend in Boise? He wasn't in any of the hundreds of university photos posted online.

Just landed in Boise. As in I'm literally sitting on the airplane waiting to disembark. I hate flying but I'm excited now that I dont have to fly again for several days.

I found highlights of the 1994 Boise State/App State I-AA Quarterfinal and you can see No. 61 all over the film when App is on offense.

Re: Vol Football (Aguilar watch)
It's becoming more evident the RB usage over the last few years has been mismanaged. Castle ran today in a way I never saw him do so at App. Powerful and full of confidence. He ran like he was afraid to fumble while at App. And considering how easily certain RBs would be thrown in the doghouse for m...

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm
Boise is very fast and physical on offense and runs some good misdirection plays.
Their defense is sketchy. App could move the ball on them.

Tim Beck has the hottest seat in the Sun Belt. Got goose-egged 38-0 at home by ECU after beating FCS Charleston Southern 10-0 the week before after benching the starting QB and scoring a touchdown late.
He might not make it to Boone.
