Re: #rankappstate

The problem many have with Church is that he "quietly" supports App State while he loudly supports UNC. And it seems like he only occasionally loudly supports App when it's convenient for him, like if he's got something to sell.

Re: ESPN Article- App State New Year 6 Bowl

UCF, USF and Cincy all are undefeated. They all need to lose twice if App wants a real chance at the NY6.

Re: Trouble in Maryland

I know remember that taking place. Did not know he clinically died on the field. I believe Dillman left for greener pastures though as he was intense but really good as a S & C coach and a high level motivator like our current S & C coach. Mike Kent made a 2nd appearance at App and was good, but I ...

Re: UL newspaper article/video

Last year App faced a demoralized ULL team that any team in the country could have beat.

Napier hasn't whined about the travel, so he's already ahead of Hud. They'll bring great enthusiasm and have confidence to score points.

Re: State of the backfield

There isn’t a dumb post on this entire thread. We are absolutely loaded at back and receiver. We lose a potential POTY and we are saddled with tough decisions as to who plays. We can potentially use enough guys that nobody tires or gets overused. Best I can tell Satt doesn’t typically sing the prai...

Re: Trouble in Maryland

If stuff like this ever happens at App State I would want everyone involved fired. Nine years ago a freshman almost died during workouts at KBS and the S&C coach had to go, and that was the right call IMO. Don't remember hearing about this. Who was the student-athlete and who was the S&C at the tim...

Wait til Wednesday. It's still early to make anything concrete weather-wise.

I will say it's been cooler than it has in months since the Hurricane went past. So sleeves and long pants are recommended.

Right now, I'm feeling confident App could beat the Raiders.

But that's just my opinion. ;)

State of the backfield

With Jalin out, there's new questions about how the workload will be handed out. Darrynton Evans is now the RB1, but his skill set is different than Jalin. Marcus Williams Jr and D'Andre Hicks will be fighting for carries now. The first wildcard is true freshman Camerun Peoples. Everyone says he's t...

Now the important stuff....As long as I don’t detect a difference in my Boone Creek Blonde I’m ok with the sale.
So this is why HOPS was up 25% this week.
Funny because it was down 17 percent immediately after the filing on the sale went up Wednesday. Good rebound.

He also threw an interception on a 2-pt try at a certain miracle time.
Was this certain interception possibly lateralled to Derrick Black?

BTW, Chandler Greer got engaged today, so his week got better. No word on if his now-fiance flopped when she saw the ring.

Re: Louisiana up Next

Louisiana has a school record 759 adds on offense tonight.

That should get the players attention going into tomorrow's practice.

But they also gave up over 400 yards

Thomas and friends should try to dictate the tempo early. Louisiana has done that the last two weeks.

Some might think we're wasting our time with this and worrying too much about being ranked, but this is fun.

If we dont beat out own drum, who will?

Only way Troy losing to Liberty would help us is if SunBelt had allowed Liberty to join conference!!
And that's not happening. Not gonna get into an argument about why, but that time has come and gone.

Re: Louisiana up Next

ULL has over 500 yards of offense by halftime, 348 in the air.

Yes it's NMSU, but still, this will be a challenge for the defense.
