It was a tough game for y'all and I know the injuries are a killer (See our 2014 season).
Good luck the rest of the way.

Injuries
Just wondering, I had seen where you had some injuries on the OL, and had heard that a couple of defenders may have been nicked up against Troy. We're fairly healthy for losing 3 rotation defenders early in the year. All three were new players this year, two freshmen and a JUCO transfer. Last year w...

Re: O Line
OL has been a struggle in Jonesboro as well. Last year when you came to town we were in our second C, 3rd LG, and 2nd RT. It's a struggle for most G5 teams to find a good 2-deep of OL. Any injury requires shuffling the entire mess around. Last year we had 6 guys, this year it's closer to 8-9. Hope t...

Re: Early Line.....App-12 vs Arky State
From what we at AState have seen so far, it seems about right.
We've not played a complete game yet, if we do I'd take that bet in a heartbeat (maybe not to win, but to make it close), but we haven't shown that we're capable of 60 minutes of good football.

Re: Weather / advantage
Thing about it is we'll be practicing in it all week. Our indoor facility is still being built, so we have to practice outside in this weather. I think that could affect this game in more ways than the actual game day conditions. I know focus in practice is more difficult when weather is bad. They ...

Re: Welcome to Jonesboro, AR
The assigned visitor's section is on the East side of the stadium, so if there is any sun you will be looking into it. Please excuse the construction as we are building an Indoor facility and are working on a new pressbox during the season so that it will be ready for the 2015 home opener against Mi...

Re: double digit dogs at Ark State
Yeah really great fake punts... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CfDx09mUQcc Never said they were good... The first one we ran against Tennessee worked, and the one against Miami would have worked with a better pass. The ULL one I've got nothing. It was a bad decision. Maybe I should have said infamo...

Re: double digit dogs at Ark State
I'll be interested to see what your defensive game plan is against a really mobile QB. I figure you will bring pressure and spy, but by doing so you're taking defenders away from coverage. Also be interested in the cat and mouse game when we are on defense. We pride ourselves on stopping the run, th...

Re: Welcome to Jonesboro, AR
Well, seems that the weather is looking mid 40s and sunny now.
However, there's a saying about weather here (probably similar everywhere):
If you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes, it'll change.

Re: Welcome to Jonesboro, AR
Actually, parking along the road by the stadium is free and depending on when you get there will be really close to the stadium.
There are free parking spots around the Convocation Center (basketball arena) as well. If you park out there, there may be shuttle service to the stadium.

Welcome to Jonesboro, AR
Hey guys and gals, Would like to welcome all of you who can make it to Jonesboro. If any of you are making the trip feel free to ask anything. As of right now the weather is not the most inviting 30s-40s with rain and wind in the forecast. Seems that your bunch has really started to find their footi...
