Ef Wake, but good for Spillers. Hope it works out for him. Enjoyed watching him play this year.

Perhaps Kerns encouraged them to test the waters and make the most of better opportunities should they present themselves but that if not, he’d welcome them back. Builds trust and loyalty with ones that do come back and shows he cares about them over his own success.

Before we allow anyone back, they should be required to pass a free throw shooting test.

Well, he certainly can sell his success and playing time. I’d imagine we could see 2-3 return and he should be able to add quality pieces from the portal. I have no idea if any of the freshman will have an impact like Abson did his freshman year or Marsh did this year.

I could see Burns also bring a tough matchup for Edey. Burns will have posted, turned, driven to the basket and scored before Edey has even turned around.

Consistently ranked and beating other top 25 programs.

I came here to talk about App sports and kick ass, and I'm all out of posts about App sports.

Well, we needed some spots to open up unfortunately. Imagine we will pick up some immediate contributors in the portal. It’s worked out well for us so far.

Being the optimist, my hope is that Kerns, as a fairly young guy, is returning and encouraged his players to enter the portal. If they can better their situation, he supports them but has advised them that he will welcome them back in should they wish to return. But he gave them a deadline to return...

I’m gonna take a stab at the roster breakdown and wishlist.

For breakdown: nothing

For wishlist: everything

If Kerns leaves, we should look for a former Tar Heel player with no coaching experience to replace him.
