1-1 draw versus a veteran Campbell squad.
Acceptable outcome considering we have four new keepers with zero experience in a D-I regular season collegiate match.

2019 PreSeason Sun Belt WSOC Poll

https://sunbeltsports.org/news/2019/8/8/sun-belt-announces-2019-womens-soccer-preseason-all-conference-individual-awards.aspx Another face slap! It's probably as expected. The league is built around import players. Historically, ASU tried to compete with primarily in-state talent. Not a winning stra...

Re: 2019 PreSeason Sun Belt MSOC POLL

Four conference members field a team ? Interesting . The oft reorganized SBC league that App joined included Ga State, Ga Sou, Howard, NJIT (New Jersey Inst.of Tech) and Hartwick. The last three were associate members so as to help keep the 'Belt's automatic NCAA championship bid. NJIT is now in it...

I’m surprised...and disturbed to see so much wood in the new dorm. I had anticipated reinforced concrete floors and skeleton.
I had the same reaction. Maybe it's some temp support/brace technique until the metal and concrete can be staged. Count me as presently unimpressed!

Poor Argos really suck this year.
They have weak QB play. Wonder if they have anyone on their roster who might give them a lift?
I can think of one pretty good option; but AE can't zip a pass with his arm strength and get free to run the route to catch it! :(

Re: Stadium parking deck

2018-19 total enrollment was 18,811 (undergrad + grad). The total enrollment for 2019-20 should push 19,300. That 20,000 is well under five years away.

App basketball alums--Tom, Andy, Mike and Adam Muse of Winston Salem--all of whom got their start in coaching either as Mountaineer players, assistant coaches or team managers will be honored for their service to sports in Forsyth county early next month. And the family preference for App State Blac...
