Re: 5 Reasons UW will beat ASU tomorrow

First of all, welcome to Seattle, the Emerald city. If you're looking for something to do before the game, I would hit the Met or Daniels for steak. Anthony's or Ray's for Seafood. Alki Tavern has the best burger in town. Northlake tavern has great pizza and cold beer and you can walk to the game f...

UNC-G @ App State 8:00 PM Sat. Ted Mack

Looking to capitalize on the momentum of a 2OT home win over Elon earlier this week, UNC Greensboro’s men’s soccer team (3-4) returns to the field on Saturday to face the Apps (4-1-1) at Ted Mack. The Spartans are the SoCon favs for this season and have won four straight matches over the Apps includ...

Our Apps are 3-4-1; Troy is 2-7-1 but has probably played a tougher schedule to date. I like the Apps in a close one but road wins are hard to collect.

The key to conference championships is to win on the road. Our Apps start their Sun Belt quest in the 'boro this evening. They move on to Ga State tomorrow!

Re: Picking up the pace: Housing, end zone, 105, Sanford among major campus projects

This is good stuff! Our ability to attract top-tier students, be they student-athletes or not, will be improved by our new facilities. Next year will be a bit of a headache with parking and such. I'll happily endure a little headache for the sake of what will be a much more attractive University. I...

Field Hockey: Longwood @ App 6:00 PM Adcock Field

Key conference match tonight! Not to look ahead or anything, but Louisville is coming to town next! But I digress, App State plays just one at a time! Beat Longwood!

JGThatsme, you got a helluva deal or you bought a different product. The product shown in the link is 25" tall and sells for $100. :?: TD ...

AE's current season CFL stats

AE's Argos are having a tough season but it's through no fault of his performance. He's the Argos #2 receiver in receptions; he's tied for first in TDs; and he is first in yards per reception.

Armanti Edwards '18 CFL stats to date

Junior OH Emma Longley and senior setter Becky Porter paced the Apps to wins in the last two OOC matches of the season. Longley totaled 35 kills while Porter dished out 90 assists in wins over Furman (3-1) and Winthrop (3-0). The Apps, now 8-4, go on the road again next week to begin Sun Belt play a...

Those are the games we need to win.
Yep, we needed the ET and A'ville games in the win column and didn't get 'em done. We also needed the Bradley game for strength-of-schedule but it looks now as if it won't be rescheduled. Strongest teams yet to come!

MSOC: Apps State @ UNC-A 6 PM Greenwod Field

In the *trap game* of all trap games, the Apps are in the Land of the Sky for a match with the Bulldogs (1-5) who have found unique ways to lose four matches by one slim goal each. Nuff said... My worst fear for Scott is that he'll end up at some Ego State U with a violation/investigation/probation reputation and that he'll get burned-at-the-stake by the big-donor types when he refuses to get in line with the boss hogg agenda of under-the-table football program administration. Anyone remem...

Re: FLORENCE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM

Yeah populated areas seem to have people freaking out. I don't get the gas lines, all the gas around here comes up the Colonial Pipeline out of the Gulf so I doubt there would be a disruption once this thing makes landfall. I drove up to Rockingham County and got gas at a station outside of Madison...
