Re: Football team involved in St. Patrick’s Day fight?

Yeah I was 70% joking with that post. I knew some cool frat members. Girl friend (now Wife) was a Chi O, so I experienced a fair amount of Greek stuff. Did fight some frat incels at a formal in Mountain City once though (they started it). And the parties my boys and I had at our house on Hodges Gap ...

Re: Football team involved in St. Patrick’s Day fight?

Frat parties always end the same way. A few of the brothers are incels. They eventually get drunk and blame non-member male partygoers for their lack of sex on the particular night. Fight breaks out. Frat bros lose and then it’s all “DO YOU KNOW WHO MY FATHER IS!?” Saw it dozens of times myself when...

Re: Football team involved in St. Patrick’s Day fight?

No ID on anyone based on that video. If they weren’t black no one would even suspect the football team. Seems to have been initiated by some pip squeek in the corner. Suspend the fraternity and no one else. Woof, bad take. Cam Peoples has been identified by many posting in this thread and the shoot...

When people get drunk they turn into one of two things, a silly idiot or an aggressive jerk. I have never been drunk but I have been around people who have been. So, I don't need any so called study.
Can I hear your thought on climate change, please?

Re: Fox fired

We’re bottom of the Belt in performance since we joined the conference, but we’re among the top in facilities and fan support potential (illustrated by leading the league in football attendance every year). It’s not an easy job, but with the right selection it can be one of the best basketball coac...

Re: Fox fired

I don't see Moton having success outside of NCCU. He has a special thing there, being his alma mater and all. HBCU's situations are very different than ours.

Fun fact: he coached my wife in basketball when she was a kid in Raleigh.

I drink craft beer, but why not also offer light beer? High gravity pours after hours of tailgating is a big commitment. Sometimes I just want an ice cold crispy boy.

NCAA BBall money is all about making the dance. It’s the single biggest cash cow in college sports.

Great idea all around. Good to see the legislator do something constructive for a change. This will enhance our game day experiences and help fund our student athletes.

Re: Any thoughts on who the new head basketball coach might be bringing in as his assistants?

I’m growing impatient too, but I was talking to Big C the other day and he brought up a few interesting points. Any potential new coach is still coaching. Most leagues are still in their conference tournaments. Gillen probably wants to limit the amount of time in which we have no head coach to avoid...

Nope, Bonzo.
It’s not? My mistake. I wonder what my favorite is then.

What is worse for our program? A fresh start with a new coach and staff with the possibility of losing a recruit or 2 or another year like the last 5 or 6? It won’t be any different under Fox next year.
Retaining Fox would be worse for our program.

Now give me a hard one.
