Re: MBB: App State @ Georgetown nationally televised on FS1

I know the over reaction and negative comments are coming. So to you constant haters. We just hung with Georgetown until the very end. I'm looking forward to seeing what our boys can do in conference play. If we show no improvement with our peers then I will change my tune. But we have not a cupcak...

Re: MBB: App State @ Georgetown nationally televised on FS1

Like so many of our games, we play well for 3/4s of the game and then let it slip away because we become impatient and force bad shots.

Re: MBB: App State @ Georgetown nationally televised on FS1

Holley has hit three 3s in the first half. The team is working the ball around better than I've ever seen do it.

Re: Press Conference

I missed the live broadcast and can't find a recording...is there a video link out there somewhere? https://www.facebook.com/AppStateFootball/videos/1951197008269312/ Bet DG's blood is boiling not seeing his main man Horton along with his Who's from Whoville up there. Not necessary. Show some class.

Did anyone else catch the announcers say our guys were yelling out the snap counts and causing mute to false start?? I all for whatever works but ...

Re: Rating the North Carolina Coaching Hires

This is like assigning grades before classes start. Way too early to tell how things will work out for any of these hires.

Re: The very early depth chart for next year

If Peoples is on the roster, you better put him on all your spec lists, because he's going to be the best back ever in an APP uniform before his career is done. He's averaged a TD about every 3 touches or less his last 3 games. When he scored last night on the 63 yard run, everyone should have noti...

We also aren't going to win many when we shoot 22% from 3.

We did shoot 83% from the FT line.

And there might be 4,000-5,000 in attendance.

The Tulane O is having a much easier time moving the ball than we did versus the Ragin Cajuns.

Re: New Head Coach - Eliah Drinkwitz

For those that thought Ledford was the first choice, we just hired his boss. WOW! Sorry all, I have been driving all day getting to New Orleans and just now getting caught up on my reading. This is a great post Saint3333 and thanks for pointing out the obvious here. My head has been spinning too mu...

Re: Evan Conley to visit Louisville

Drink has coached Ryan Finley and was a QA coach with Cam Newton during the Championship run.... Satt's worked with who... Taylor Lamb? With Jackson from UCLA coming in, I'm way more comfortable with our QB situation. Jackson was a walk-on, 6th string QB at UCLA? Baker Mayfield was a walk-on but an...

I honestly think it is going to be Horton ... Would be a horrendous hire. Honestly, all the remaining candidates we know of are pretty underwhelming. Ivey, Horton, Woody... none of those really excite me. I really hope there's something to the Josh Gattis rumors. And to clarify, Woody wouldn't be a...

Re: Josh Gattis

Ledford might have eventually been the guy but we weren't close to making a decision this weekend. And we knew from the beginning that Satt was after him as well. His decision to go to Louisville wasn't Satt stealing our next head coach as much as eliminating him as a possibility.

Why is Auburn going outside the program for OC? Bothers me a bit with Horton right there.
I think Horton is more interested in this job.

Way to go Clayton!!

It appears he's the only G5 rep on the team.
There's a Troy LB but that's it.
I missed that.
