I invested in the move up as I committed to and continue to do so. G6 separation from the CFP would be a new 1 AA. My investment would decrease accordingly. I believe that I am not alone.
I don’t mean this disrespectfully, what are your expectations ?

Re: FCS national championship

FCS playoff TV ratings minus the champ game as I doubt its published yet. One thing to keep in mind with sports numbers. How many of these are bars that try to put every game up somewhere thats on TV. Gotta love that 400k for a semi final game. https://herosports.com/fcs-football-tv-viewership-rati...

Re: FCS national championship

The players are still playing because what they are playing for means something. People are being told that the bowls do not matter and the players believe that. Expand the playoffs with automatic conference champion spots, everything will stabilize. Agree 100%. What is the point of playing sports?...

Re: FCS national championship

Why would I want to run my program through a playoff when most of my starters would sit out foe the transfer portal so they don't get injured before their next paycheck? If im a star player looking to move on for a bigger pay check why would I risk that injury? This is a professional league now. Yo...

Re: FCS national championship

It was an awesome game. Wouldn't want to go back, still pissed off they sent us down my sophomore year. If we have to, I'll still be a Mountaineer. Where are we now? I mean that rhetorically. But those prime time playoff games are 1000% times more fun than our who cares bowl. And now that we are so...

Re: FCS national championship

Completely forgot the game was even on so I didn't see a single minute of it. Dude it was one of the best games I’ve seen, the ending was phenomenal. Shades of 2005 scoop and score. A lot of drama. My Nashville buddies said both schools took over downtown Nashville. Chattanooga was a ton of fun, bu...

Good game. As I watched I kept asking myself:

Could we have won against either of these teams tonight?
They both beat us pretty handily this year imo

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?

Jmu scored on Oregon’s third stringers Verifiably false. JMU scored more points against the Duck’s 1s than TTU did. That vaunted Red Raiders’ offense laid an egg for the entirety of the game. The Dukes managed to put up at least 13 against Oregon starters, unless you believe Coach Lanning was playi...

Re: Portal time 25-26

Wilson is a scholarship player. D2 comment is realistic if he wants to see the field. I’m not in the business of babying people, including you. What is the obsession with you and D2? Wilson could easily be an FCS QB, or possibly G5 with enough coaching and opportunities. Nobody is asking to or need...

Re: Portal time 25-26

Another walkon. Maybe he just wants playing time in D2? “Legacy” doesn’t get you in the lineup anymore. Wilson seemed to not be terrible and he didn’t sniff the field all season. I have No idea if coakley is good enough to get playing time but trash talking the kid of the best player to ever play f...

Re: Portal time 25-26

Coakley leaving makes total sense. The kid most likely wasnt going to see the field here and wants a chance to play. He wasnt really recruited much at all out of high school and most likely will find his opportunity at a lower level. Will miss seeing Dexter around town and it was a great story to h...

Re: Portal time 25-26

But, are these disgruntled parents as little Johnny did not get playing time, certain number of catches, etc. I only know what I viewed on TV. 60+ players showed up and appeared to give their all for 60 minutes. And how many didn't show up? Everyone for Ga Southern was there, we were down almost 30...

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?

I don't know Nick Saban.....We may need to create a special playoff for Alabama and the SEC teams...they don't belong in this big boy football. Oregon held TTU offense to zero points. Ant TTU's offense was no joke. JMU scored 30 something on Oregon. Most all year. That JMU team would beat this Bama...

Re: We need a good offensive coordinator

I'm going to agree with this. I can not point to a specific moment where DLo did a horrible job in play calling this year. However, I can point to specific moments when certain players didn't execute. With the loss of a couple key OL early combined with poor QB play, I thought offense was somewhat ...
