Re: All Spring athletes get extra year

I would guess a number of seniors who are graduating might decide to get on with their lives and not come back for another year. This would apply to most Seniors. Some will return because they want another year with their teammates, or to improve draft stock (baseball), or because they maybe want t...

How I'm dealing with no sports.
Should I be embarrassed that I watched the entire video and found it VERY engaging! Haha!
Nope. You should subscribe to the channel and watch all of them. The commentary is what makes it most interesting.

Donation Suggestion

Recently I started working for Merrill Lynch/BOA who matches donations (Up to a certain dollar amount) made to non-profit organizations and universities. It's set up to automatically pull from my check and I'm able to adjust the amount as I see fit. Also, when signing up in addition to selecting App...

Need possibly 8 tickets

I'm being proactive this year in planning an annual guys weekend to Boone this football season. Me and about seven others plan to come down for the Morgan State game this coming season. I was wondering if there was anyone that has purchased club seats for this coming season and will not be able to m...

Re: CLASSLESS JERK!!!!!!!!!!

I want to commend ALL students that attend football games for being sober saints that don't use profanity or trash talk. It really goes a long way to help attendance. Without such sacred behavior I can only imagine how much aluminum we'd see on Saturdays.

Re: what a view

Hate it! I strictly go to games only for a view of Howard's Knob. LOL... however... I suspect we'll be able to see Howard's Knob from the club room that we'll have access to :D . Or from just about anywhere in town. Haha. That's the thing I never understood about those who were legitimately c...

Re: App vs ECU getting bumped

The way I see this: 1. I will now be scheduling PTO for Thursday and Friday, which will make a GREAT 5 day holiday weekend. 2. The game will be played at night, on prime time; the only bearable time for a football game that time of year in CLT. 3. After our victory, I will drive to Boone Friday am ...

Re: App vs ECU getting bumped

Depending on what the NFL does with it's scheduling in 2021, this date could change again for us. Preseason games are often played on Thursday's.

Re: App vs ECU getting bumped

Move it to Thursday and give us ESPN then it's not so bad. Also, night game in Charlotte that time of year might be a bit more enjoyable. It means some will have to take off from work that didn't need to before with it scheduled on Saturday (me), but with a large group of fans and alumn in Charlotte...

Re: Most memorable play ever?

This thread could go on forever. So many great memories from over the years. I can't speak to just one play, but I remember when Elder went down, and skinny freshman Armanti came in and showed off that speed, eventually scoring a 7 yard T.D. I looked at my buddies and said, "The future has started t...

Re: Questions to parents who have kids at APP

I lived in Kensington Meadows for a couple of years, and I enjoyed it. It's away from the town headed west on 421 near the 421 and 105 bypass intersection. We had a lot of good parties that never got busted because of its location, including a block party that didn't get broken up until 230ish after...

That size can be utilized much better at the TE position. I didn't think long snappers were taller than 6 feet in most cases.
