Re: Dowell Loggains and his recruiting staff are absolutely phenomenal.
Well. I have not kept up with any of this stuff. I will say this is something we have not to my knowledge been able to talk about in the past to this level. If the Jimmy and Joe's perform on the field at the level they are rated on paper it could be a very exciting year next season. I like the excit...

Re: FCS national championship
I hate I missed it. Forgot it was on. It's got some pretty good publicity on newsfeeds this morning. Must have been a whale of a good game.
We will never be competitive in a P4 playoff model. Need a G5-6 playoff. IMHO.

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Wilson reminds me of a smaller Lenoris Sellers. Maybe Dlo can do something with him. Not sure why he didn't earlier in season.

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Will be nearly impossible to pull out a W now but if the core group today comes back next season we may show some improvement along with some transfer in and a full squad. Not a good game to watch, truly backyard ball but hey we are all Champions of Life! Don’t forget the #1 ranked recruiting class...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
If you take out the turnovers issue I would be satisfied with 1st half of play.

Re: Birmingham Bowl
I'm not sure I understand why Lewis hasn't been in the backfield all season. What is it that the coaches saw that kept him out?
I can think of several games he would have come in handy.

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Win or lose at least we got extra practices and playing time for those who will be back next year. We sure need it.

Re: G6 playoff gaining momentum
If G6 wants a playoff better start setting one up. We are seeing the last G6 teams in the big boy playoffs today. Definitely a difference in haves and have not. Transfer issues or NIL issues, the gap is so vast it's an embarrassment. Not Tulane or JMU fault. As much as I hate the Pukes they and the ...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
All I know is if the coach is stoked to play another game after this year then I am too.
In fact win or lose it's several more practice sessions for those who will be back next year. So we got that at least.

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?
Iowa St Kansas St Baylor Notre Dame All have opted out of bowls. Bowl season might be toast. A football NIT will come along if bowls go away...there will be too much dead TV air to fill Players will still opt out. With the portal window and players needing time to take visits, bowl games are pretty...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
Screw it. Let's play ball! Win or Lose. Of course it would be catastrophic to lose to Stink 2x in 1 season. We got it, Let's plat!
