Re: App at Ga Southern Game Day Thread Dec 12 2020
Having watched [followed obsessively] App State Football my entire adult life, I’ve grown accustomed to a certain style of play. It remained part of the team’s week in and week out style to exploit weaknesses and level the playing field with exceptional attention to detail and wrinkles designed to c...

If anyone from Boone, wants to mule a case of AMB Yosef Golden Ale and can meet on Saturday, let me know.
We are getting the old college house back together. We all graduated in 2011 and try and make at least 1 game each season.

Re: North Carolina lawmakers seek to allow alcohol sales at college sporting events
This entire bill seems less so about selling beer at college games as it does gaining the appropriate permits at large facilities that happen to be associated with colleges. For example, if a concert too large for Holmes wanted to swing through Boone, KBS would still only be able to sell wine and be...

The Dram Shop Act will come into play, but FL generally limits its application in instances like these... Tiger won't hear much from it other than what he happens to catch on TV/Radio.

Kiffin is the not so secret future head coach at LSU. If Chapel Hill parts ways with Fedora, they will certainly reach out to Kiffin, and then be offended when he chooses Baton Rouge.

Re: FLORENCE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM
Yeah populated areas seem to have people freaking out. I don't get the gas lines, all the gas around here comes up the Colonial Pipeline out of the Gulf so I doubt there would be a disruption once this thing makes landfall. I drove up to Rockingham County and got gas at a station outside of Madison...

Likely because GS just hired away Scot Sloan, who was recruiting coordinator while at App, and had a great track record recruiting within Georgia.CVAPP wrote: ↑Tue Dec 19, 2017 4:09 pmWhy?DaphneUrquhart wrote: ↑Tue Dec 19, 2017 3:42 pmFoster GS Eagles

I went to HS with a black track... had to be replaced due to temperature concerns both when putting hands down at the starting blocks and radiating off the track itself on sunny days.CheckYosef94 wrote:I heard that tracks don't come in black

The best part of that article may be that it shows a clip of GA Southern, but then calls them GA State; I'm sure they will love that.

Re: Game discussion
From the official ULL athletics site: "Todd Lamb completed 15 of 26 passes for 201 yards and a score as Appalachian State (4-2, 2-0 SBC) handed Louisiana (2-4, 1-2 SBC) its first shutout at home since a 27-0 loss to North Texas on Oct. 26, 2002." Seems their writer paid very close attention to this ...

Re: Entrance song
A true entrance song tradition is rare, and until established (e.g. Enter Sandman at VT, 2001/Sandstorm at USC) some borrowing/recycling of entrance songs from other programs will inevitably take place. For instance, several of the songs suggested here have been used in previous years at other progr...

For what it's worth, the woman who originally posed the video, pointed out in her post the man in "the Avon shirt." I'm assuming a high school in that area.
