Based on the numbers I have heard thrown around you might have single players being paid more than our entire team next season. It wasn’t far off this one.

Money used to be important in college athletics. Now it is everything.

They will likely limit it to one G6 as the bottom seed , whatever number it might be.

The conference champions were not the best teams in the nation. That’s their point.

Really bad loss . No excuses. Just poor a performance . Very disappointed with this effort.

No money for a G6 tournament because very few people will care. Quality of play will nose dive as finances dry up.

A step back to 1AA. Will be hard to sell donors who invested in the move to FBS. No longer able to say we compete at the highest level. Would likely necessitate a major downsizing of the program to offset revenue loss.

Notre Dame guaranteed a slot if they are in the top 12,the top 5 conference champions , everyone else at large based on CFP rankings.

I have been told that the B10/SEC has given everyone else the ultimatum that they will be given a free hand to run the CFP or they will break off and do their own thing. Changes to go into effect next year.
