Re: A sad day for the MMB

I never met Chuck but do recognize his handle from way back in the early 2000’s on the old Delphi board. He was an active member from what I recall and I’m sure saw a lot of change at App through the years. Sad news indeed.

This is a typical late season game from Kerns.
Stupid comment. Sorry he only won 7 in a row.
One bid league. Who cares what happens in the regular season.

Re: 1/22-23 - MBB - UL and ULM, Double Noon Special

I’m expecting another slightly above .500 regular season and a conference tourney resulting in either one win or one game exit.

This is a really really tough team to watch offensively. Especially if the three ball is not falling the offense is atrocious.

That Georgia Military pipeline was strong back then year after year. Thanks for putting these together. Some of these guys ended up being absolute studs for us. It’s been great to see some names I’ve forgotten about!

Re: MBB: UNC Harrisburg in Boone, 6:30pm 11/21

David Jackson sounds like he’s pulling for UNCC at times…. Strange Nah, he just does a better job of being objective than most of the ESPN "broadcasters/homers" across the Sun Belt. Our guys go out of their way to be objective in calling the game. Please come back to this comment when we play at Ma...

Re: FB at No. 24 JMU, 3:30 p.m., ESPN+

Not advocating we do fire him but a successful FCS head coach would likely bring a coherent staff and some talented players with him. High level FCS > low level P4. It’s been proven. In my most humble opinion. This was mentioned on the broadcast yesterday as it’s been JMU’s model for success thus f...

Re: Official Snowballs in Hell prediction thread

I feel JMU will take the opportunity to embarrass us during a down year, especially with a potential CFP spot in sight. I’m wishing Santa brings us a mobile QB for Christmas.

Diversify.

If we allocate 40% to lineman that would be a good start.

Would love to see the current allocation.
I too, would like to see the dollars allocated to each and every player currently receiving NIL money. I see no reason why that info should not be available for all to see.

"The obligatory 1 possession td" (as it is now a named thing) did us in!!!! again!!!! when will we learn? This is a multi generational issue!!! Did someone bury a voodoo idle at midfield decades ago? South Endzone, Billy Napier slip. He’s pissed now since being fired and has the VooDoo doll to puni...

Re: Week 10 games

27-7 Fresno St over Boise deep in the fourth quarter. That’s in Boise which they’ve only lost 13 conference games since ‘96 on the blue turf.

Duke beat Clemson in Death Valley for the first time since 1980.

The Dukes made that look easy.
They likely end up with a one loss season and just inside the top 20 like us in 2019. Will be interested to see if they get sent to play another top 2-3 AAC team in their bowl. I figured the AAC winner gets the CFP spot this year.

Re: ODU Discussion

The lack of a dual threat QB continues to hurt us but there is a long list of reasons we have given away three very winnable conference games. This. I’ll continue to say it. At this level, pains me to say it, we have to have a dual threat QB to make up the difference. We don't have the OL to hang a...

I’d be concerned playing Eloan right now. I think those Richie/Armanti lead FCS championship Teams from would skull drag this team.
