Re: Who’s going to Birmingham?
Whelp, found a hotel with an indoor pool for the girls while Dad heads to the game. Using cashback, a 3 night hotel stay was cheaper than getting 3 tickets for everyone. So needless to say, I'll be looking for somewhere to tailgate pre-game. 9/9 as far as bowl trips go, thrilled to be able to make ...

Re: Portal time 25-26
I could be wrong, but wasn't Dozier the WR who didn't line up on the LOS causing the penalty on the 4th & 1 TD pass vs Arky State? I went back to look at that play, Galloway was a wing off of an extra OL as the TE, meaning the flanker needed to be on the LOS for a legal formation. Great play call w...

Re: Portal time 25-26
I guess I’m more in the minority that looks at this list of departures and isn’t too bothered. Porter and Dozier were the two that hurt me the most but the others have been far too inconsistent. 10-15 of them haven’t even seen the field. You can’t fault a kid for wanting to go somewhere to play whe...

Re: Portal time 25-26
I have to wonder about some of these guys that never played jumping in the portal, especially the young guys. Pretty disheartening to see some of these guys not willing to earn their stripes, or willing to put in the work required to climb the depth chart. I get this is the new world, but most of t...

Re: Who’s going to Birmingham?
I'm planning on going, but is $53 the cheapest I'm seeing??? Also, I think I read where every entry, no matter the age, needs a ticket. $53 is tough for a 3 year old who will be as much of a distraction from watching the game then she will be as a help. PS: I love my 3 year to death and experiencing...

Until we upgrade the trenches, we will be at best a .500 team.

Re: The Good, The Bad and The Ugly- Coastal
My four takeaways: 1) Our offense digressed as the health of some key offensive players did. When Dubinion was a threat 1st half, with the starting O-line, Offense was 2 dimensional and unstopable, until ... 2) Dubinion's nagging injury caught up to him 2nd half, coupled with the loss of 2 starting ...

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion
We scored TD’s on our first three offensive possessions and didn’t reach the end zone again offensively. We stopped them their first possession of the second half, then gave us 4 straight TD drives. We had two chances to win the game and kicked a FG and went 4 and out, and still has a chance to tie...

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion
QB threw for 278 and 2 TDs.. JJ was not the problem. We had zero run game. Coastal adjusted their D and we did not adjust our O. Dubinion was banged up and we lost two OL during the course of the game. Offense moved the ball efficiently all game. Still don’t have the dogs up front to dominate week ...

Re: Coastal - 3:30pm - Discussion
And now they are fighting. Coastal talking more noise by our bench. No class but what would one expect. They are climbing that hate ladder and are showing about as much class as the stink. Think we still have a 7-4 record over those assholes but they have won 4 out of the last 5. In my opinion, thi...

Re: So Miss discussion
It’s funny how Clark was unacceptable but this is ok. This is not a good faith comment so I won’t address it as such Dude we ran Clark outta town on a rail and People talked so much shit about him. This doesn’t look any better. Clark’s teams were never in position to win these games. Our players ar...

Re: 2025 Schedule
Am I the only 1 that see's November home games as a huge advantage for us??? Most teams, especially in the SB, haven't acclimated to the cold yet. Now Marshall is an outlier to that, but GS & Arky State aren't going to like that trip up the mountain at that point in time.

Re: App @ GS -2.5
Too many cats on this team ... need to go back to recruiting some dawgs. Looks like that needs to happen with a new coaching staff this off season.
