For those out of the loop, Lanorris sellers is in Boone skiing. Dowell also posted a picture skiing in Boone today. Might be a coincidence. Might not

Re: Birmingham Bowl
My gut tells me Rondo/Manuel, McCantos and LittleJohn will play. If they care anything about rivalries and TIGMA. I don’t think the rivalries and TIGMA matter to that group, but it’s a chance to pad their resume and play in the only game that day on the mothership. But, will DLo let them??? What ar...

Re: Birmingham Bowl
If the team wants to play let them. Y’all saying decline it are scrooges.
Don’t play your biggest rivalry with a chance to avenge the regular season? In a pretty good tv slot? And bring the conference money?

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?
The only bowl spot open is versus Georgia Southern in Birmingham on Monday, Dec. 29. We might be asked. We don't deserve it. Hope we don't get asked or turn it around if we are asked. Don’t know if we could field a team but it’s money and practice time. Can’t turn it down if you can field a team.

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?
What people are missing is that it is nuts that they are ranked above Duke with a SOC that is almost double that of Duke. I am not questioning the formula I question the ramking that gets them there. Real bad system. What metric would you suggest to use? James Madison has a stronger Strength of Rec...

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?
Not as an at large bid, but that's not what we are talking about. They are now one of the highest ranked conference champions so they would get an autobid. Seems like a lot of people on this board don’t know how the CFP selection process works. As you rightly pointed out, the selection committee HA...

Re: Could ACC be snubbed and SBC get in CFP?
1. How sad is it that the ACC is in this position to begin with. P5 indeed. 2. They won't get left out or there will be a litigation rebellion. 3. In reference to the march madness comments. People only care about/get excited about/watch those first round games because they gambled on the tournamen...

JMU should be in and if not it’s so rigged.
I hate it though.

Re: Hanging on for 26
Any clue if our nil account is giving out more $ than last year or previous years? It is what it is.. whether I like or not... It does play a role into getting some guys in the portal as compared to another team. From someone within our administration who should know: In 2026, we will more than dou...

Re: Gillin
It shouldn't be about Loggains, even if it will be. Gillin has said he wants to raise the athletics budget from $50 million to $100 million in the next 10 years, yet right now they're "taking from one pot to put in another" for NIL. Gillin talked about having sponsor logos on the field and court th...
