I know we owe it to Huesman, but would have loved to see Shuler or Tabscott get some game reps. Even if they’re just handing the ball off….

I’ve sent this to all of my Tarhole friends to get their reaction. What a joke!

Re: 2025 UofScC home game pushed back to 2033
I don’t understand this at all, aside from the fact that our athletics department needs cash faster than we realized. There’s no upside to this other than money, which I’m not even sure is an upside here. I’d just assume ride out the existing contract and sign another with a separate P5 than delay o...

Re: Armanti Jersey help?
Our inability to offer fans high quality gear (on-field apparel) or authentic collections (jerseys, helmets, etc...) drives me insane. If I wanted an authentic Clemson or Alabama jersey, it’d take me 2 minutes online to find one. Legitimately cannot find one for App State. It blows my mind and unfor...

I would also argue that it’s not intuitive from the website on how to join the Yosef s Club. From an outsider view, the website is trash. Not a single button says “Join Yosef s Club Now” in any way. I know this just hits on the nature of our “good boys club,” as it feels you have to know someone hi...

Re: QB 2021
I’m personally hoping we go with DC Tabscott. From the film I’ve seen, he’s got a great arm. Top player in Tennessee this year. He’s also one of the main reasons our recruiting class is loaded the way it is...other guys want to play with him. Just my 2 cent...

Re: Tony Petersen stats at previous jobs
As a former coach(yes of a different sport but this applies to all) when you lose multiple personnel at the same position and this occurs at multiple position groups on the same side of the ball, you will experience inconsistent play from those positions and this will make that side of the ball inc...

Imagine a fan base where the kicker of the team has scored the most points in Sun Belt history but they still think the team needs to find a new kicker... If you were confident in that last kick going through the uprights, you may have been the only App Fan in the nation feeling that way.... Stanto...

Re: Troy Game Day Thread
One of Clark's comments referred to having a healthy 11 and 5. Both are seniors. Assuming they do not elect in for additional year, who are the WRs coming back that play like big receivers and/or physical receivers? Having "2" back next year fills one slot. The other new guys, like Horn, appear tha...

Re: 1992 NLCS - Goalposts
Back in 2008, students broke into the stadium and tore down the goalposts when it was announced that Obama won the presidency. They threw one into Duck Pond and the other was marched up to the Chancellor’s house, where Peacock gave a speech.

Re: What offense are we running? Serious question.
The biggest issue with our offense is lack of strategy. Satterfield and Drink both had a sixth sense of lulling the defense to sleep in order to launch the ball downfield for a big play. It all comes down to setting up the play action pass through the run game. We’ve thrown wayyyy too many times on ...

I’d be curious to see how many guys from their recruiting class ends up as their “hype guys,” meaning the guys running up and down the sideline slinging a towel to get fans into the game....
