Re: What are possible home on home series?
I think there's Sun Belt bylaws that don't allow for a member school to play an FCS away game.

Re: Early season tournaments / scheduling
I'd like to see some more NC/Local teams too. ETSU, UNCC (if they'll play App again), WCU, UNCG, UNCA, Radford, UNCW, Davidson, Campbell.
Skip all the D2 or lower match ups this year.

Re: Herd game update - Thursday
Being the pretty girl at the ball is tougher than you think. And I get that for conference games. But let's not kid ourselves about our station. This game is not going to draw monster TV numbers. App State vs. Marshall is a big deal for fans of the two schools. It's a very good regional G5 matchup. ...

Playing on National TV doesn't grow the fan base? Man, some of you are acting rather spoiled.

Re: NC A&T to the Big South
A&T might rule the Big South. It is weak. The Big South might be a better football conference than the SoCon at the moment. KSU and Monmouth both would dominate anyone in the SoCon. Campbell is spending money on their athletics and have a decent all around athletic department. They're better than h...

DeBastiani has DC level experience at the FCS level. Position level experience in the MAC for Conference Runner-up. SEC Experience... And people on here question the hires. Cannot be pleased. Re: Football Staff
No offense to the recent hire but what in his resume shows that he is qualified to be on staff at a top 20 program in the nation. The fact that a top 20 AD and coach wanted to hire him. And the fact that DeBastiani coached linebackers and was QC for Defense for the 2015 #25 Florida Gators and the 2...

Quote from this article: ** New special teams coordinator Erik Link agreed to a two-year deal and nearly triples his 2019 salary to $425,000 ($300,000 base plus $125,000). Link made $120,000 in the same role under Drinkwitz at Appalachian State season. New defensive assistant Charlie Harbison landed...

Re: Missouri State to the Sun Belt?
Having the branding of four big "state" schools does help the Belt in some regard. Having Texas State, Arkansas State, and Georgia State along with Louisiana definitely is beneficial to separate branding from something like you see in the FCS level conference make-ups. Adding Missouri State's basket...

Re: Darrynton Evans - Declaring for the 2020 NFL Draft
KRich was a natural at finding the right lane and taking it hard. He was small and stout and could move people to get that extra yard after contact.
