Garden District Solid Recommendations from 2018 (All recommendations were from New Orleans Locals) Disclaimer: these are in the Garden District. Locals eat and live here, not in touristy French QTR. 1. Juan’s Flying Burrito - Huge Local Favorite, Mexican Type with Creole Twist. The fresh gulf shrimp...

Re: Drink is Gone....
I just don’t want the fan base to stop celebrating the amazing conference title to speculate on matters that we can not control.

...to Wendys for a Burger. We really need to sleep well tonight. #FunBelt Champs. Great group players and staff. Regardless of what happens tomorrow, we will still be Appstate Football. On a side note: He seemed excited to play in a bowl game. Different tone for our coach last season that knew he wa...

Re: Alcohol Sales in KBS
I agree with the long lines. I remember the first bowl game. There were people waiting in line for entire quarters of the game. It will be exciting for the first couple games but simmer down. I can't imagine myself missing a play in the game for a 10$ beer.

UNC Kickoff
Hello YCs,
I am flying in from Seattle for the UNC Game. Has anyone heard rumors to a Kickoff time? There seems to be inkling of a Noon Kickoff.

Rainbow Kitten Surprise Follow Up
Hello YC Folks,
This band will be playing in Greenville, SC and Charlotte this Fall. They were amazing live. I highly recommend.
Thank you RKS for visiting and jamming at Obliteride in Seattle. It was a small intimate group of families and cancer survivors and they all really enjoyed it.

Seattle Alumni Group?
Hello Fellow Alumni,
I am just checking around to see if there are enough Alumni in the area that might be interested forming a Charter here in Seattle. With the football season upon us, it would be nice to have a spot to meet up to watch the games.

I am excited to hear that RKS is playing in Seattle on Aug 9th. Their show is supporting Fred Hutch Cancer Institute Fundraiser, Obliteride. For those who do not know RKS, the band formed in a dorm room on Appstate Campus years ago. They recently in the last couple years have become a big name in mu...
