Re: Can we fix this
I don’t think Clark is capable of fixing anything. You can’t let employees choose their supervisor and you can’t let student athletes choose their coach…We have progressively gotten worse. He is flying the program straight into the ground. I don’t believe Gillin will be able to justify this much lon...

Re: Football Parking 2022
My spot has changed since last week….apparently I was bumped… where is RDA? RALEIGH/DURHAM AREA ;) Baahaha, very funny Smart a@#…this becomes a bigger fiasco every year. I was in Greenwood, now I’m in God knows where… opening game in two weeks and it’s going to be musical chairs in all the parking ...

Re: Time to give Shawn Clark contract extension
I think Saint said it best when he suggested that this year could be seen as a success at 10-4 but also could point to some issues needing resolution. It doesn't have to be all or nothing. I think there has been way too much disrespect by some towards WKU. Their 8-5 record coming in was misleading ...

Re: Time to give Shawn Clark contract extension
We are not used to losing that bad on National TV. The only other game that was worse was the Liberty/ Eastern Michigan game. IMO we played like we were a Covid replacement team. Our guys were playing their hearts out while WKU adjusted and countered everything we tried. I blame the coaches but I’m ...

Re: Thoughts from Louisiana
I know last night was difficult for App and all of your fans. Louisiana and our fans certainly know that feeling, having been punched in the mouth by the Mountaineer's every season up until last year. Last night, the Cajuns finally played a complete game and were outstanding in all phases of the ga...

Re: Coaching is the issue
I’m not ready to throw Clark out the window but I definitely feel a shakeup at QB needs to be considered. IMO, he simply cannot win the tough games. Granted we were missing several folks but that is when he needs to step up…I thought our offense just looked a little flat and disorganized. And why in...

On another note…Satterfield had a terrible day
From one of the Louisville Football forums…“Where are you now? 30-13 to start the 4th and lose? I said before this game could go either way, but to choke that badly? Not good. Get that hick, country bumpkin outta here. He’s a fish out of water.”

Re: Observations through 1 quarter
"Brice played a great first game for the Mountaineers but he is surrounded by great running backs and receivers who have proven themselves over and over again. Noel and Peoples…What can you say, they were great" Not sure I get this comment. All the surrounding cast will be trotting out for duty for...

Re: Observations through 1 quarter
This team is going to be really good. But watching the 2nd half I couldn't help but feel that Ponce got too conservative. Case in point the first drive of the 3rd quarter and then giving them the ball back in the 4th. It felt like last year a bit. Obviously this is nit picky and have faith this wil...

Re: Observations through 1 quarter
First time I’ve seen him play since he was at Clemson… seems a little slow in the backfield…. Passing is spot on but I’m not going all in on him just yet…

Re: Yosef Club hospitality
My wife and I were completely happy with the hospitality room open to members at the $1500 giving level… it is something we thoroughly enjoyed. As far as the perks for the $250, $500 and $1000 levels…I think the board and the advisory members need to get creative…Maybe throw in an extra ticket to a ...

Re: Yosef Club hospitality
The levels of giving have not changed in years. In 2020 they did change some, for example to gain access to the hospitality room, that level went to $1500. I just call it the way I see it, if the entire level of giving system could be tweaked I think it would benefit the Yosef club greatly…The major...

Re: Yosef Club hospitality
I am not a philanthropist on this website or in real life….App state has always been a big part of our life but if any nonprofit organization is going to succeed in this day and time, you have to incentivize donations. That warm fuzzy feeling of giving won’t last long for the majority of donors….Yes...
