Watching UNCC makes me feel bad about our win. They are awful AWFUL. Like beyond awful. Like maybe top 50 FCS awful.

No wonder we scraped by Lindenwood.
UNCC wouldn’t make the playoffs in FCS. They’re beyond terrible.

Re: East Tower

Original renderings had it going almost right up to Stadium Drive, with a retaining wall similar to the west side. It also overhangs the east deck by a small amount, covering maybe 3-4 rows. Stadium Drive does not appear to be rerouted. The concourse would probably be a bit narrower, but there would...

Re: East Tower

Construction costs three years ago were ~20-30% less than they are today. Unless the cost/seat has increased proportionally those returns won't pencil out the same. Which is why the break even point is further out than previously anticipated. Of course, ticket prices are likely to rise (as they hav...

Re: East Tower

I was previously told by the athletic department that the tower would pay for itself with suites and seats in roughly 10 years. 3 years ago, the suites were at least half booked/committed, and the club and loge seats were more than half (based on signed commitments and pledges). I have a contract fo...

For yesterday, I thought Joey Dimes had an average performance
1 TD and 2 INTs
Haven’t watched the replay but weren’t those INTs balls that bounced off the TEs hands?
The first one definitely was, I saw the replay on it, it could have been caught. Didn’t see the second one.

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

It’s really not but it takes a reasonable level of intelligence and football knowledge. How is it weird to call a 5-7 team not good? Boise State is a better team than A&M in 2022. That isn’t a weird take. I’m also not patting ourselves on the back? We weren’t good enough tonight, but that doesn’t m...

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

The line just can’t give Swann any time to make a play, and Boise knows it, so they’re lining up to stop the run and just sending the house. We’re calling plays to get the ball out of Swann’s hands as quickly as possible because of it.

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

Thanks! We will just continue to get blown out by programs we formerly considered peers. Well to be fair, Boise is the class of G5. Same as we once were Ok then well just pack it up and go play Lindenwood every week instead of having P5 schools coming to Boone. barely beat THEM You’re right…we shou...

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

I still maintain that NIL money would be most impactful on the lines, particularly the oline. I know a lot of our fans hate to read that, but we will only ever be as successful as our oline allows us to be. It’s true at every level (ahem, Panthers)

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

We honestly need to consider FCS. I say this with great displeasure. There’s tons of idiotic takes on this board each week. Congrats for topping this week’s chart. Ok beau. Tell me how we fix this without an influx of $? The first thing is to not immediately quit when things get hard. That’s what c...

Re: Boise Discussion - 7:30pm

Just imagine how bad UNCC is…

I just want to see some improvement somewhere, and see some players who care to make plays. I knew this was going to be an uphill battle, with a new staff and roster. I didn’t have high expectations for this season. But I want to see some positive steps somewhere.

Re: Vol Football (Aguilar watch)

I want to see Joey succeed and make the NFL. If he makes the NFL, that can be a selling point to App. Come to App for two years, do well to get looks from the SEC which can propel you to the NFL. Pulling for Joey to succeed is to also pull for the status of your own football team. I’ve been parroti...
