Re: SunBelt Tournament FINALS vs Georgia State (Monday 7pm)
Here’s a fun story about the last trip we took to the dance. I was a sophomore, living in Kingswood “condominiums”. I clearly remember taking our Christmas tree out to the woods behind/above the apartments at halftime of the conference championship game (I was going through a manic cleaning session ...

I’m not much of a bball fan, but Dustin Kerns brand of ball is pretty entertaining. And any time we can stick it to Charlie Cobb is a good time.

Re: Herd game update - Thursday
I’ve got the perfect solution. We all want to win games, so losing and not having networks want us on TV is not an option. Therefore, we should drop back to FCS, play in the SoCon, and have all our regular season games on Saturday’s. I for one can’t wait to get that big mid-October match up against...

Re: Herd game update - Thursday
The alternative to having our games shifted to weeknights for television is sucking so badly that the networks don’t want us on screen. Pick your poison. We’re either good and have to deal with this once or twice a year, or we stink and all you complainers get to go have your Saturday in the mountai...

Donated today to the Appalachian Fund. Monthly donations to the MAF (that’s what it’s called now, right?). Shared on social media and with alumni friends.

Re: Can we help make this forum better?
Is there actually a suggestion to make the board a pay-per-view/subscription board? I think that would be bad.

I’ll donate a couple bucks to help offset hosting costs. I’ve been a member of this board (and Delphi before it) for 15+ years. I figure I owe it to give some back for having to put up with me. Let’s start charging per post, and multiply that number every time someone quotes a previously quoted post...

You do realize the core demographic for these "athletes", right? Those wrists get plenty of workout, I'm guessing.McLeansvilleAppFan wrote: ↑Mon Mar 01, 2021 3:08 pmI imagine carpel tunnel could be a problem actually.

Re: UNCG eSports
Formula 1 has gotten big into it, especially when they weren’t racing earlier in 2020. There were pretty big prizes for winning the races. And from what I understand, it’s pretty realistic (minus the physical nature of actual racing).

It was a Genesis - the “upscale” brand of Hyundai. They are the title sponsor of his golf tournament that was held in LA last week.

Re: ECU FOOTBALL PREDICTIONS
Fairly bold prediction on their part, considering the recent past for each team. They did win their last 2 last year, but also got absolutely smacked in the mouth by a not-very-good Ga State team. Not a prediction, but I expect us to win.

Re: Tiger Woods Suffers Serious Trauma Injuries
That car travelled a long way before it came to rest. He must have been going fairly fast. Seeing him on Sunday at the Genesis (on TV), he looked like he was high on something. He needs some good friends to have a serious conversation with him if he’s hooked on pain meds (or anything else) again. An...

Love the idea of YC membership opening up limited access gear! Someone needs to bring back the headcover that is on my avatar. I'm about to go through my 2nd one of these and cant find anymore. I’ve looked for that head cover in the past and have been unable to find it. I wouldn’t mind a leather on...

Re: New golf team hats
DG posted on twitter that they're working on a package for Yosef Club members to be able to buy some/all of the golf gear from the original post. They're hopefully going to have some pretty strong demand, which in turn could help fund the team in a small way. I'll seriously pay $50 for the Yosef hat...

I think they should skip the 30 and maybe even 40 year olds and get the 20s first. While lower risk themselves they likely spread it more frequently. You mean like all those geniuses in Franklin st a couple weeks ago? That couldn’t be...all I’ve been told is that it’s hillbillies who are spreading ...
