Re: Game day Chat @ UGa
Our offense looked hopeless from the start tonight. I don't even think we had any type of game plan on that side of the ball tonight. Have we scored more than 20 points against a P6 team since Michigan? Nope. The play calling in the past few seasons against P6 schools has been way too conservative....

I played basketball against him in a PTA vs Big Ways game for charity. He mugged me on a lay up.

Re: White Out is Over....
Whiteout was fun. Far more people participated than the Yellowout a few years back and much better than the attempt to alternate sections of Black and Gold recently. The sun and heat made the Whiteout actually quite nice, but boy was it weird watching a team on our field in black.... White garb is ...

We've got to get rid of that freakin track........unless we will be hosting the Olympics. Esthetically, yes (the whole high schoolish thingy). Otherwise what good will it do to get rid of it considering the millions it will cost? The additional seating will be minimal and the worst place in the sta...

Re: Backup QB
I watched one practice/scrimmage last week. My takeaway (admittedly from a limited perspective): Both Thomas and Heusman are capable of leading us to a Sun Belt championship this season. Lamb, because he's put together three superb seasons, is our unquestioned incumbent. But if all three were fresh...

He chose to pick out App State by name again this morning on Mike and Mike. Brought back memories of him saying on Game Day, almost 10 years ago, "nobody wants to see Michigan play Appalachian State." He commented that the kids at Michigan would rather open with Florida than Appalachian State. Now,...

Re: SI ranks top 30 coaching candidates for 2017
If we continue to trajectory of success we are on currently, DG will have to look at a longer term extension to keep Satt around (possibly up to 8 years up to 2026). We certainly can't compete $$ wise with bigger schools but we could offer a longer term guaranteed contract than what they would typi...

If the kids at ASU had to take a day off and go to therapy over seeing the word Trump, they must need a week and pain pills seeing the banner.

You all should check out their application to become a member. What a bunch of clowns! We should get every poster to fill out a fake application giving them a piece of our mind. If we get enough people to participate and submit them all at the same time, maybe we can crash their server. App is not ...

This is just beyond ridiculous. So what's next... a football player for the University of Virginia being benched because his name happens to be Bobby Lee?

Re: Duke Removes Robert E. Lee Statue
This is such a delicate topic that I've hesitated to comment anywhere on it. Ultimately these statues will come down, but I wonder would we be better off putting more contextually accurate markers at each monument instead of removing them from view? The hole in the argument that they don't represen...

Pretty good stuff. Nothing much new for those that keep up. I did not know the Rajin Cajuns had mascot controversy. Seems like a Cayenne pepper is both a logical, politically correct and unique choice. Maybe the powers that be at Louisiana can spend the next 12-24 months screwing that up. Perhaps t...
