Re: Some things that need saying

I've watched the replay of the fumble several times and while the refs explanation that it came loose before his arm moved forward was obviously wrong, the net result was accurate. JJ had clear control control of the ball but did not throw it forward. It was a lateral, which makes it a live ball an...

Re: Wofford loss is on Satterfield

I totally diagree with the blame being on SS. SS is playing with the hand that he was dealt. There are five QB's on our roster (JJ, Magloire, Bryant, Barnes, and Hallock (sp?). None of which were recruited by SS to run his offense. JJ may very well be ASU's very first NFL QB. He has the size, speed ...

Re: DJ Smith

The sad part is, the game was out of reach and he was not making a play on the ball. That fat ass saw an opportunity to take a shot and now, depending on the injury, could cost him some games or the year!!! What a cheap shot! The announcers said that it is not a legal block this year. An offensive ...

Whether or not EB plays, we still must play our gap responsibilities on defense.

I noticed that my comments are time stamped with the central time zone. Is that in my settings?

Re: Injuries

From Tommy Bowman, Alex Acey, ASU starting guard, is expected to be out 6-8 weeks as result of a foot injury sustained in Saturday's game against Elon. Damn $#&*%^ - my favorite player as well - that really sucks If your favorite player is an offensive lineman, then you my friend, are a hardcore fo...

Re: To Kick Rather Than To Receive

There was a serious error on the part of the officials Saturday on the opening kickoff. The ball landed in the endzone, went untouched, and was blown dead. It has to be downed by the receiving team or must go out of bounds. 1. We should have been more observant and recovered the ball. 2. The offici...

Re: To Kick Rather Than To Receive

We deferred, not chose to kickoff. The difference being that by allowing Elon to choose to kick or receive, we pick which end to defend. Another reason for deferring is to seize momentum. If the deferring team scores just before the half, they will then retain the ball to start the 2nd half. This t...

It doesn't appear that we did. He was a Senior in 2006 and is listed all OVC that year.

Enjoy the Cline jersey. I wanted the gold 17 as that is my favorite number playing sports. Probably could not have worn it though.

Thanks. I haven't worn a medium since 8th grade so I am definitely sizing up. I probably will never wear the one that I am bidding on, but will most likely frame it.
