Re: Appalachian has an ugly campus...
My son is a High School senior and is getting e-mails from colleges across the country asking him to apply. The most frequent and desperate e-mails come straight out of Cutaweed. I would be embarrassed if App were sending out e-mails like theirs.

Here is the passage from the original article. "Earlier in the season, Quick admitted there was a big adjustment from Appalachian State to the NFL and said he would often be thinking and counting steps while running routes. He had said, "I can't really explain everything in the playbook, but it's mo...

Re: One thing I'll miss about the SoCon
We have many of our games streamed to ESPN3 already, I believe. I just don't care to sit in front of a computer to watch a game. The SoCon only had 1 conference game per week on ESPN3. All Sun Belt games were either on regular TV or ESPN3. I connect via the HDMI port to my flat screen and the pictu...

The only time I have ran into an ESPN3 black out is when the game was available on a regular TV channel in my area.

Looks like Graham will be sitting out an additional year and it appears he doesn't care. He has obviously moved on and has no intentions on APP. http://www.brewsteracademy.org/RelId/610929/ISvars/default/Recent_Results.htm Besides you, I don't think anyone around here gives a crap what this kid does.

Re: One thing I'll miss about the SoCon
Most every weekend? You mean ASU football games will be broadcast on ESPN almost every weekend? You have got to be kidding. Are there enough SunBelt games being broadcast that ASU will get one almost every weekend? I believe this year all Sun Belt football games that were not on a regular TV channe...

Re: Recruiting, 2014
Thanks for the info Moose. I know Sha'heem will succeed wherever he ends up. His is tough as nails and has the drive to do it. Having seen all of his games in person I know his senior highlights should open some more eyes. I would love to see him in Black and Gold.

Re: Recruiting, 2014
Moose, appreciate all the great work you do on the recruiting threads. Just wondering if you can see if there is anything on Sha'heem Stupart (5'10", 207lb) out of Wade Hampton High in Greenville, SC. My son has played with him the last four years and this kid is a beast of an RB and LB. He is also ...

Exactly, that is what happens you don't have a vertical passing game. We need a QB who can throw the deep ball.
