Troy

Do you guys agree, or am I the only one who feels Troy has become our biggest SunBelt rival since joining the conference in '14? Yes, GSU & us go way back but I feel more hatred (in a friendly way) towards Troy than the Eagles.

This probably won't happen for another 5-10 years, but I wonder if attendance will go sky high once we start selling alcoholic beverages at Kidd Brewer Stadium? Especially if we sell local beers (i.e. Red Oak, Appalachian Brewery, etc) at reasonable prices ($4-5?).

I don't think the piedmont chapter exist anymore. At least it doesn't seem like it
The viewing parties used to gather at Char Bar 7 and/or World of Beer in Greensboro, but so far I haven't heard anything.

Re: ESPN Bowl Predictions After Week #1

IDK. If we can win the rest of our games and some of the big G5 schools (Memphis, UCF, Boise St) start blowing games, we may have a chance since we came SOOOOO close to beating Penn State. NCAA may want to see another nail biter

Re: Triad Viewing Party for PSU?

I live in Greensboro, but i'll be in North Myrtle Beach for the weekend. The Triad Alumni group usually meet at World of Beer along Westover Terrace in Greensboro, but like you said, nothing's been posted (strange, Meghann Murphy '12 is usually pretty good at arranging). But I do know the W-S/Forsyt...

I know for sure the App State Alumni in Wilmington are watching the game at Mac's Speed Shop. The Buffalo Wild Wings in North Myrtle Beach I'll ...

Never mind, BWW in North Myrtle Beach will be showing. The Penn State alumni will also be hosting a viewing party at Milardo's in Myrtle Beach. FYI

Hey all, I'm from Greensboro but I'll be down South in North Myrtle Beach for Labor Day weekend. Is anyone from Myrtle Beach planning on watching the App/Penn State game? If so, where to?
