Would be understandable, though honestly I think he could do better.
Bigger worry might be if he takes any of our OL commits with him. As good a coach as Ledford is, we might have a harder time replacing them than him.

Re: Question About Seating
Section P, Row 24 A question out of curiosity for those wishing they had 50 yard line seats: How many of you sit between the 45's in KBS at every home game or are, say, top 75 in Yosef points? I'm not trying to be ugly here. I'm simply trying to get a sense of how well our expectations mirror our o...

Re: Malachi Jones
Second on the team in receptions and receiving yards. We were 91st nationally in passing offense and spread the ball around, so just not a ton of numbers to be had. But we were 5th nationally in passing efficiency.

Re: Question About Seating
Just looked at stubhub, 40 tickets on the 50. Most are in the 20's, most expensive $36. I expected to see many more for sale. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk What the hell? I could have had far better tickets from StubHub? Why not give your current ticket to an app state fan/student an...

Exactly, if this were a 70,000 seat stadium I'd be more worried about it.mountaineerman wrote:There is not a bad seat in this stadium similar to k brewer

Re: Tickets yet?
Not positive about this, but I believe I've read that it's common for the schools to get relatively poor seats in bowls, and for the best seats to go to locals or be sold directly to the public by the bowls. One of the reasons schools have to work so hard to convince fans to buy from them - you're a...

I'm in this boat AppOrange - I expect I'll be hitting AviatorBar Friday night, as that's the "official" official spot, but I'd up for checking out other places too. I'm driving down Friday and getting on the road after the game Saturday night, so I plan to cram as much into about 24 hours in Montgom...

Re: All black uniforms!
I like the uniforms, and for the record Athens is an AMAZING college town. Look up the Halloween party the town has each year. Have only driven through there, never stopped, but I have heard nothing but good things. I have a good friend who graduated from Ohio (who I regrettably couldn't convince t...

Re: AMB.... at the Bowl?
Haven't actually had the chance to try AMB yet, so I'm hoping they'll be selling. If not, I'll bring along a few of Raleigh's finest (probably Big Boss and/or Lonerider) to share/swap with folks.

Trying to get on the road from Raleigh around 9. If I get to town in time for Mountaineer Talk I might go to that. Otherwise I'll find some dinner and hit Aviator once I'm checked into my hotel. Traveling solo so I'm definitely planning to make some new App friends this weekend.

Re: Tickets yet?
Wish they had the team logos on them, or at least names, but oh well. I've got a pin board where I keep ticket stubs from memorable games, and this one's definitely got a spot waiting for it.

Agree with others - add a block A somewhere, or possible Yosef's face looking out from the window, and I think it's good!

Question on the alumni tailgate - anyone happen to know what type of beer selection we're dealing with here? I'm kind of a snob, need to have the good stuff if I'm going to shell out $35.

Re: Daniel David to transfer
I'm sure he won't be the last overall - that's just part of college football. Only other scholarship freshman QB is Easter, though, and his competition just got lighter (plus he could play other positions).

Re: Daniel David to transfer
Tough loss for us, as we're still struggling to build a little depth at QB. I know Easter came here for a shot at QB, but I was hoping/anticipating he might switch positions. Might be tough to do now, plus of course he's coming off the ACL injury. But that's why you take at least one QB every year I...

Re: Fritzi to Interview
My impression with Fritz - and again, this is just personal speculation - is that he wants to climb the coaching ladder and knows the clock is running out for him to do so. He's 55, and how often do you see a P5 hire a coach who's pushing 60 and has no P5 experience? At that age, they want a proven ...
