Re: App publicity...

Natty, my question is ... how did you find this? Women's Wear Daily is not on my normal list of online sites I visit. Not judging, just curious. :-)

Maybe any licensing revenue could go straight to a scholly fund for our Apparel Design students.

Re: UNCC - 6:00pm

Marshall had 3 wins I think the year UNCC beat them at Marshall. Not sure about USM.

Has UNCC beat anyone with a winning record since moving to FBS?

Re: Well she did it.

I think I first posted about her just before her senior year in high school asking for advice on how to deal with admissions. She ended up graduating with honors I just found out but she did not present herself with a great SAT (she is a hard worker) and got some advice from this board. And to be ho...

Re: UNCC - 6:00pm

High Point got its name from being the highest point on the North Carolina railroad that runs between Morehead City and Charlotte. (At the time Goldsboro to Charlotte). Then as a New Deal project the tracks were lowered which is why High Point has the tracks in a ditch now and one has to walk down a...

Well she did it.

My daughter walked in the spring commencement but had to take one course in the 1st summer session. She just sent a text that she passed the course and is now 100% done with her degree. :D

That was a quick 4 years. :(

Re: Jerry Moore given highest NC civilian honor

As he should. Coach Moore represents the highest form of what a human being should be. You make him sound like something from a Star Trek episode! http://memory-alpha.wikia.com/wiki/Powerful_and_godlike_beings Sorry GAS, but Screw the your countdown ;) , we need to spend the summer going through th...

Re: Damion McLean to Head Track & Field Program

I tried to delete these two garbled posts only to receive this message... "You cannot delete posts in this forum." Huh! I've never had this issue before! What a mess I've created and I can't delete it! I had the same trouble a few weeks ago. About the time the site slowed down I had trouble ...

Calgary 41-7. Well, you can't put it all on AE given that score.

Re: RIP: Dr. Charles Krauthammer

I never listened to him much and his newspaper column did not run in the Greensboro paper so I did not read him much either. I think you can respect a person for what he did but still call him out on other things, such as the ongoing war in the middle east. He was pretty wrong about that and I can't...

Re: Today's BOT Meeting 6.21.18

The BOT has been in "hot topic" session all day dealing with those messy little issues like student housing/P3; internal audit procedural updates; write-off of uncollectible accounts; faculty handbook updates; on-campus traffic/parking manual; acquisition/usage of real estate; regulation related to...

Re: Grading Football Recruiting from past years

It’s almost impossible to grade in hindsight because how do you account for coaching changes, injuries, poor player development, and even good old fashioned bad luck? You’ll never convince me that Jimbo Fisher isn’t one of the five or ten best coaches in college football, a great recruiter, and gre...

I believe the ratings system the OP is looking for is called the final standings.
A 2-D graph with W-L versus avg star rating could work. Of course that is assuming the star ratings are worth a darn to begin with. In a graph like this a steep slope would make coaches look better.

Re: Today's BOT Meeting 6.21.18

“We also had three others who were offered power five jobs, which we all know are worth more money and a chance to compete and move up, but they decided to stay and that’s a credit to the university and to everybody in this room.” Satterfield said. That's an interesting little tid-bit. And that is ...
