Re: EXPANDING STADIUM TO 40k CAPACITY
If this was "fully funded", "green lit", "fully approved by AppState BOT and UNC BOG" and to be "completed by 2025"; then we wouldn't be looking at grainy cell phone photos of a poster of mock up with West Campus looking like 2014..... If you would like to see better pictures, email the Athletic De...

Re: EXPANDING STADIUM TO 40k CAPACITY
Has athletics raised the money for the 105 complex? I get the need/demand for more suites. But I'm not sure how any of this will be financed. Its not like athletics is sitting on a bunch of cash. Here’s some Jake Berry pics of progress at 105 project. Track is going to look great. https://twitter.c...

Re: EXPANDING STADIUM TO 40k CAPACITY
Sucks we aren’t getting rid of the aluminum stands for some concrete on the east side but I understand it isn’t that easy. I’m nitpicking but I’m also not a huge fan of how those concourses are connected. Why not bowl in that end somehow and make bigger concourses. I don’t know man I’m not an archi...

Re: EXPANDING STADIUM TO 40k CAPACITY
I tried to add some renderings, but couldn't get files to attach/upload. Renderings look great, building will go up behind existing metal structure. Club seats will be $25k capital contribution spread over 5 years and $1k to $1200 per seat/annually, Loge Boxes $50k capital and suites will be $250k ...

Re: EXPANDING STADIUM TO 40k CAPACITY
Our next major project will be to enlarge the Sofield Center. After that comes the stands on the east side. I don’t believe any money has been officially earmarked for either project. I've heard this mentioned before. I don't understand how disassembling that building and moving it somewhere else w...

1) Bring back - 'Give 'em Hell'...including the drum cadence following the fight song which leads into 'Give 'em Hell!'. 2) Secondly, promote 'Go Apps' (or 'Go App' for those not liking the use of plural as is found in our fight song)! Go, Fight, Kick A$$! 3) 'Roll Neers' is awful - The term is Ala...

Re: Roll 'Neers
There's always a correlation where if you like the premise of a column, you think it's well written and the author did a good job. But if you don't, the author is a hack and didn't do their research. As for me, I dislike Roll Neers. If Auburn won half a dozen titles in the last 13 years, it likely ...

Re: Kennesaw State
Yes. The NCAA or some new entity should enforce the minimum average attendance requirements. Perhaps the minimum should be moved from 15k to 20k. Maybe the FBS rule should be a minimum $$$ on athletic department budget? Kennesaw has 40k students. With an athletic fee similar to AppState of $1050 per...

Louisville is currently paying more annually to people who no longer work there than the coaches who do work there:

Re: ESPN Channels on Dish
I read Disney wants another billion dollars. Its too bad more people just don't say go to hell. Got rid of my Hulu and Amazon Prime because I got tired of the greed. Still have cable (for now), but I'm relegated to listening on the radio to any games not on TV. Still better than giving a dime...

Is this just WKU's normal coverage?? If so, we need to hire their person away.

Did find one thing during a beer commercial, James Madison has put up 40 on Texas State. It wouldn't surprise me to see Cignetti gone after a couple years in the Sun Belt. I think schools learned their lesson after Drink to wait a couple seasons... Let's hope that it's sooner than a couple of years...

Re: Scheduling The Citadel Again
Would rather schedule in state FCS teams. I know some will disagree with that but I’d rather our FCS team always be Gardner Webb, Elon, Western, or UNC Charlotte. Toss in A&T, NCCU, UNCW, Campbell, & Davidson before UNCC. Might as well make it a challenging FCS team. A&T, Central and SC State are a...

Even with the extremely high academic standards, GA Tech could and should be a very monster of a program.
