Re: MAF - Yosef Town Hall 2/16
Yes. If we agree to go on the road without a return engagement, then we have to schedule someone willing to accept a similar arrangement in Boone. That’s the only way we can have a balanced six-home, six-road game schedule. In most instances, only FCS programs are willing to accept those terms. Wel...

Happy to help./\PP ST/\TE GRAD 09 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 18, 2022 3:59 pmFinally spoke to the person I needed to (Thank you AppSt94 for the connection) and the conversation went very well. She's going to send me some information, run some alumni demographics for my area, and we're going to link up next month to discuss further.

Re: MAF - Yosef Town Hall 2/16
Does anyone know the size of our traveling party for plane trips? I would assume around 60 players, 15 coaches, 15-20 support personnel, another 10-15 athletic people. Aircraft, hotel and food for that many could easily be $200 - 250,000. How often does the P5 agree to cover these costs in addition...

Re: Alumni Chapter Issues
I am interested in starting an Alumni Chapter in my region of Virginia. I've had the worst luck with getting my phone calls returned by the person I've been told on multiple occasions is the right person to handle such interests. Anyone on here that has been a part of an Alumni Chapter formation or...

Re: MAF - Yosef Town Hall 2/16
If we can secure more fairly local home and away deals with good P5’s- like closer ACC teams and even an occasional SEC that would instantly sell out KBS isn’t that really financially better than flying the crew to College Station? If we get $1m to go there how much do we net? I’m assuming the team...

Re: Cardwell gone
PREACH!!!! I would suggest that much of the success of our OLINE came from previous coaches. Not saying Nick didnt do a decent job but i do think it's valid to question a 1st year oline coach who had only coached tight ends with only a couple years under his belt. I know he put everything into it, ...

Re: Cardwell gone
He probably tired of reading that some of you always questioned his coaching ability and how we needed a "real OL coach" - No, I know that is not the reason but personally I got tired of reading it even though our OL group was in the final 15 for the best OL in college for what, last 3 years??? PRE...

Re: MAF - Yosef Town Hall 2/16
I no longer see Wake Forest and South Carolina listed as future OOC opponents. Have I missed something, or are they not listed because there are no firm dates? Also, did we just negotiate an out for Wisconsin? Wisconsin was cancelled. No reschedule. Wake chose to play ODU in 2020. That one will lik...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
OK, any time there are price increases, it results in bickering. I get it....my budget is tight also. I have concerns about this resulting in short term negative impact on negative ticket sales (unintended consequences) but anyone who actually claims to NOT see the reason for this increase is just ...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
Where does the priority points ranking display on the MAF website? I signed in and cannot figure out where to find that. It won’t show if you haven’t renewed. If you have. On your main page there are two black ribbons. “Tickets” “Donation” at the bottom of the Donations there is a “View My Priority...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
The hypocrisy and irony of this statement. "It will depend on how many above you request to park there. But there are a lot of folks that haven’t renewed yet. I keep watching mine fall as more people renew. Sorry for the confusion." "Too many darn people are renewing and I keep falling." You should...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
I'm attending the Yosef Zoom meeting today at 6:00 PM. This year I donated $700 to Yosef and bought 2 season tickets in section 214 and requested River Street Deck for $500, total $1200. Here's what I think I'll owe in 2023; $500 for 2 season tickets and $800 for seat donation for a total minimum o...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
I think my disconnect is not valuing a season ticket holder...especially a season ticket holder that buys many season tickets. Does that money not help the program? Do only charitable seat buys help the program? My minimum is probably more than some maximums. A season ticket holder is guaranteeing ...

Re: Yosef Parking - Looks like inflation has hit
After much reflection...I decided AppSt94 was right. The system does make sense. So serious question...I was looking at it more and running all these numbers and all of a sudden it came to me that none of this makes any sense. What is the purpose of a seat fee at all. Why is it not just..."Your sea...
