Re: Coach Clark GA Tech
Exactly. The only thing harder than breaking into the coaching business is breaking back in after an absence for any reason.

$900,000 isn’t chump change.
And taking that job isn’t necessarily choosing family over pride. In some instances it can work in opposite.

Re: I want to know
Injury prevention is a primary goal of S&C.One of the "Pillars" as I recall.Of course not everything can be prevented but it seems we continue to have an epidemic of "rolled ankles". For sure. S&C can and does prevent tears, pulls, etc from over use. What it does not, and cannot do, prevent tears f...

Re: Defense Issues
One guy out or missing assignments makes a huge impact on everyone else. Look at 2017. We were giving up 20 ppg. We lost to UMass and lost a track meet to ULM while Stringer was out with an injury. Very true but wasn't that something moving up was going to change. Didn't we always say that our seco...

Re: I want to know
Coaching will lead us to mediocrity. The same issues that have plagued this team since Coach Clark took over continue to show there ugly heads. -Lose the “middle 8” minutes -RB rotations -Playing down to opponents -Taking the foot off the gas Since ECU last yet have we played somebody and just tore...

Re: Defense Issues
We came into the season replacing two starting DEs with tons of snaps. We were replacing one of our all time greatest ILB along with a part time starter and significant contributor (Roof). We had to replace an NFL caliber corner along with a veteran safety at the 13th hour. Then we lose a starting ...

I don't know why it should be connected because you're not going to get into the door of the building or onto the loge box seating.... You could actually connect it under the stands with a concealed breezeway. I guess if you want to build stands under and on hill to match the lower stands we could ...

Re: Brice - ESPN NFL Draft mention
i always see people saying that Drink turned down McCall. Does anyone have more info on that? Mcall committed before we even hired Drink. Clark wanted McCall. When Drink arrived on campus, Clark pushed for McCall and could probably had flipped him with Drink’s blessing. But Drink wanted a splash si...

Re: Stadium Expansion
Tailgating is being killed. Interesting. How so? Do you mean because we are building parking decks? Yes, the parking decks. I get it and it sucks. My only comment is that tailgating is 6-7 times a year and the need for parking is 365. I wish we had the room to build surface lots but we don’t. True,...
