I thought it was fantastic that when a game is called objectively that a team of 3 nba starters and a bunch of bench players can go toe to toe with a team of nba all stars and future hall of famers and a hall of fame coach. Agreed....I love to see the kids come in with good heads on the shoulders after all the trouble we've had. Doesn't mean they will stay out of trouble but they have a better chance than others if they are willing to work that hard on school in addition to football.

Yeah, that hurts. With the players we've lost for various reasons and the comments from the coaches about Blackmon and his play I was feeling a little better about our secondary. This stings but hopefully he'll make a complete recovery and we'll have a superstar for the next four years.

Cadet had 9 rushes for 26 yards, 6 catches for 29 yards, and 2 PR's for a 3.5 avg and a long of 8 yards.

DJ had 3 tackles and 1 assist.

Corey had 4 tackles and DP had 2 tackles, 1 19 yard KR, and 3 PR's with a 5.7 avg and a long of 6 yards.

We'll see how the rest do.
