I’m curious how our pitching coach’s work/impact/success compares to other pitching coaches in the SunBelt or in NC.
Here is the link to the fall sports streaming schedule.

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread
I just pulled our SOS, its 112! Michigan’s is 120, someone mentioned the ‘success’ North Dakota State is having…their SOS is 259. Of the teams ahead of us in the SBC standings, only Coastal and GaSo have a stronger SOS.

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread
Guys...of course I'm aware every coach is coaching for their job every game. That's a captain obvious point. Anyone with half a brain can read the subtext in Kermit's post earlier this week and glean he knows he's embattled. It didn't even cross my mind that pointing that out was some kind of hot t...

With today’s editing software, just color-swap them to yellow!

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread
I found this information here: https://www.sportico.com/business/commerce/2021/college-sports-finances-database-intercollegiate-1234646029/ It doesn't break down baseball from the other sports category but it does give an overall view of how much we and our conference brethren spend on our teams: F...

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread
I'm not satisfied, but I'm also not surprised! This is THE hardest schedule we've had in program history. Next year's wont be much easier! I'm on the record of saying Kermit is an excellent coach and one I would gladly let my son play for. I'm also on the record pre-season saying 'the best we can ho...

Re: If you could change App.
I would paint over the tunnels every game day. I support free speech and free expression, but as an alumnus, I don’t like walking my children and friends through the tunnels, seeing them covered in foul language, calling out players, etc. If they painted them at 2 AM on Sat mornings with a message ...

Re: Kidd Brewer Stadium Review
Hot takes: 1) We should shrink capacity before we ever think about adding seating! It's too easy to walk-up and buy tickets to games. I'm hoping the new SBC alignment will force more people to join the Yosef Club and become season ticket holders. 4,000 Yosef Club members simply won't cut it. 2) Mil...

Re: Kidd Brewer Stadium Review
My 2 takeaways from the video: 1) Tailgating - Building the new dorms needed to happen, but losing the Stadium lot is going to have a lasting effect on the game day experience in Boone. I hope the Athletic Department is working on a way to cultivate Greenwood, Broyhill (or whatever the top by the ba...

Re: University Commercials
These ESPN+ games seem like the perfect place for the Yosef Club to advertise. There aren't a lot of unaffiliated high schoolers watching midweek SunBelt games. It's Alumni and fans. A simple ad reminding people to join the Yosef Club or buy their season tickets seems like the right message for the ...

I am so damn sick and tired of the trash posts by #AppTwitter , especially guys like ConeBoy. The Appalachian Family is better than these types of tweets. Except he mostly is right. This team is good enough to take criticism. The day we stop criticizing the team is the day we don’t care. He is a ne...

I am so damn sick and tired of the trash posts by #AppTwitter , especially guys like ConeBoy. The Appalachian Family is better than these types of tweets. I strongly disagree. I don’t like everything they say nor the way they always do it, but they are the voice of our students and early 20’s fanba...
