Doubtful... Kids today just can't whine like we could back in the day...

I suggest using the Friday Center Park & Ride. Admittedly, I don't know the tailgating policy for that lot, but it is close to I-40 and the bus will take you right to the stadium. The lot is also large enough to accommodate all of us.
