Re: The End of Miller Hill?

Put the band directly under the scoreboard. Students need all seating on Miller hill plus the west side. We have one of the best home records in all of FBS. We have almost 50% of the student body attending games. Please don’t restrict their love of their school and football team. They bring the envi...

Re: Playoff Hockey

Will definitely not pull for the Bolts as they have been the team the Canes cannot beat playoff time. However, I have to give their fans props for showing up in force for regular season games. I was in Tampa for business a few months ago. We attended the Tampa/Phoenix Coyotes (whatever they are cal...

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

It looks like this could be just before the start of the third quarter. The band appears to be filing into their seats and the officials appear to be lined up for a kickoff.

I’m pretty sure that they sell GA tickets for the hill.

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

Coastal Game-- The Hill is packed, but we didn't sell all of the tickets in all four upper corners. (only a few hundred shy, but there were empty seats) Again, full credit to Nelson Aerial Productions https://www.facebook.com/photo?fbid=411814900514109&set=pcb.411815340514065 Any idea how many peop...

I hate Marchand. I’m not for taking a guy out, but I wouldn’t be upset if someone ended his career.

Just wish Canes could win on the road!!!
They really miss Anderson in net. Raanta has played well, but he just isn’t ready to be a #1.

Playoff Hockey

I love some App St sports, but is there anything better than NHL Playoff Hockey?

My guess is there is now 1 less person in the department now and we get to press 1 then 2…..
Perhaps. Susie moved over to ticketing and I don’t know if they backfilled.

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread

I’ve read these different takes on the App baseball situation and the references to facility “rankings” (so to speak). Aside from our stadium what else is there that either pushes us up or down this ranking? Are we really losing stud players due to facilities? Let’s assume we are funding scholarshi...

Re: 2022 Baseball Mega Thread

We have a ton of competition for in state talent and our climate does play a factor in recruiting. Teams do use it against us in terms of climate and practice facilities.

Re: FSU - Marshall football

Agree that it could help with depth. There are always questions that need to be asked of guys in the portal. Especially 4 and 5 star rated guys that move down. Were they over -valued in the initial evaluation? Did they reach their ceiling in high school? I’m sure that the Marshall coaches did their ...

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

Listened to latest B&G podcast as AD was one of the guests. He stated that they are well aware of concessions issues from last year. He stated they are going to spend time this summer in developing ways to improve. There were no details given as it was a future project this summer. Not sure if best...

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

So could one of you educate me and others on the Beer Garden access policy? Can anyone with a season ticket get access to beer garden or do you have to have seats in the NEZ to have access? Or are you buying your "ticket" to game as a BG seat? Sure. There are two patios in the NEZ. The patio on the...

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

I haven’t seen anyone regulating admittance to the NEZ from stairwell to the field. I assume someone in the beer garden could walk up to NEZ seats. I suppose they could. You need a wristband to gain access to the NEZ. I assume that you need one as well to gain access to the beer garden. Correct...a...

Re: The End of Miller Hill?

Personally, I am fine with giving up the patio on the App St side if people want to pay $100+ for the experience and our limited to that area. If they get the same access to the NEZ then those privileges should fall in line with NEZ Seats or something near the cost. I am less interested in selling ...

Re: Football Transfers

This is the third DB transfer in so far. We got a guy who has size but played for a bad D2 team, a guy who has decent size and played in all games for a P5 and now a smaller FCS standout. Were we really that thin at DBs? The first guy that you listed changed his mind and committed to Kentucky. To a...
